A very quiet and private location near the beach. Very well kept property with a lovely pool and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Beach is a couple of minutes walk and local shops and restaurants a short drive away

Great location, small pool ideal for children 3+, easy to watch over them from the kitchen and veranda, big garden (needs some toys for the kids though), generally quite clean.

The a/cs work for 1-2 hours and then it's just air coming out, you have to restart them or lower the temperature at 24C. They also make quite some noise. The fridge is old and takes a lot of time to work. The mattresses and pillows are not that comfortable. Very few plates and cutlery, we have to use the dishwasher twice a day. People coming in and out of the property every day in the morning to check the pool/mow or water the lawn without prior notification.

Spacious clean villa with good facilities, lovely pool that was cleaned every day, close to the beach and a beach bar/restaurant. Owners very accommodating and allowed us a late check-out, which was great when you have an evening flight and a 3 year old to keep entertained!

Occasional building noise from nearby property development, some furnishings starting to look a little tired in places but this is to be expected to some extent in a rental property and it wasn't a problem.
