Guter Kontakt vor der Anreise. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe, gute Security im Haus. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, wir waren zufrieden. Die Lage an der Rosebank Mall ist auf alle Fälle ein Plus. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Vielen Dank

The central location, very safe. The easy stay staff is very responsive.

We stayed in unit 307. The check in process is extensive. You have to fill in forms and take photos etc. Not really something you want to do after 30 hours of travelling and being exhausted. You are only provided with one towel each. It's difficult if you have to wash your long hair and you don't have a separate towel. There was no hairdryer in the flat. I message the easy stay staff and they quickly brought me one. But it was so weak and overheated all the time. There is no mirror close to a plug. So you have to style your hair blinded. There is a door stopper in the room before the bathroom and we kept on bumping our feet against it. In terms of value of money, I think it's better to stay in the Southern Sun which is the same price but also includes an extensive breakfast. I found the mattress very soft and not so comfortable.

Praticidade e localização

The location is really good and the property is very clean and well maintained. It is comfortable for two people not having to share rooms and bathrooms when travelling for work. The host was responsive.

The TV has a protective screen on that we weren't told about and we removed it, not seeing the notice on the wall. We had to pay extra for the screen. Clients should be told about the protective screen and that it shouldn't be removed.
