Unfriendly an conflicting staff.. terrible location, airport pick up was an hour half late, shower broken, insisting on charging for an included breakfast, etc

Exceptionally good wifi. The father and daughter managing the hotel are very responsive to customers welfare. Airport transfers and the offer to drop me at the office was a great gesture.
The management ugraded my room to a bigger one for the standard cost.

They don't have a generator and so there is no power if city power is out, I appreciated there being a kettle to boil water for tea or coffee but it would have been even better if there were cups and saucers too.
