It was a nice spacious apartment with comfy beds and nice view of the beach as we were on the 28th floor. The location is withing walking distance to many spas and restaurants and minutes away from the beach, but if you are looking for beach chairs you will have to go much further down!

The apartment it-self had a very stale and damp smell and the kitchen utensils and facilities were very used and had dirty stain marks on them and ther were ugly brown dirt marks on most of the curtain nets which were not displeasing! We had a problem with the shower as there is no hot water, but lucky enough there were two showers room available. I tried the breakfast on the first day and never went back, the choice was very limited! It was very crowded and beacuse the food was located one side, there was a big queue and the staff did not clean or filled up the food frequently compared to the amount of guest that was there. There was a main problem with this building is the lift, there was 3 lifts available but always seem like only one worked, I have waited nearly 3-5 mins from ground floor to reach 28th floor but at times it makes so many stops on the way which is quite frastrating every time you need to go out.

Near the beach and has two bedroom suite with dining table, ref, microwave and basic essential stuff

It was not mentioned that there is currently a construction in front of the hotel. We thought we would be having city view with some beach views but because of the construction, we couldnt see any view. Also at first, aircon was not working but it was fixed so it’s ok.

The room facilities

The elevator, too slow, too crowded They should separate odd number and even number to separate the guests

Hotel was nice and the room was quite large. Balcony was tiny, though. Glad to have 2 bathrooms and also the in room laundry facilities (washer and dryer) was a bonus. Rooftop pool was nice as was the gym. Breakfast was OK.

Only 3 elevators for 33 floors, so it could take a while to go up and down. Found the location to be a tad isolated. Had to get a taxi to the busier areas with restaurant etc.
