saat pertama check in, kami diberi kamar yg paling atas, tdk sesuai dgn ekspektasi yg di foto. Kami komplain ke staff admin dan kemudian baru diberi kamar baru yg lebih higenis dan rapih, sesuai dgn harapan (di lantai bawah/utama). Kami booking di awal, hrsnya diberi layanan yg prima dan kamar yg dibooking prioritas, kmrn sprtnya diberi kamar last minute saat semua sdh full. Kedepan nya semoga bs lebih baik layanan admin nya, dan diberi konfirmasi ulang mengenai tipe kamar yg didptkan. Thanks

Everything is okay. The staff are kind and helpful. The room is clean.. The living room and dining room is spacious..

The location is a little bit far from main road, approx. 600 meters

The staff was really nice. I asked whether I could use their computer urgently for 15 mins and they let me without a problem. I truly appreciate that. Also, there was hot water. The location is great, close to many streetfood markets, banks, pharmacies etc.

The room was not clean and looked nothong like the pictures. There were cracks in the walls, sheets and towels seemed like they have been used previusly, there was dust and mould. We saw that not all rooms are like this, sone were very clean...The street is quite loud, so if you are a light sleaper, this is not for you.

Very clean. Have motorcycle for rent, per hour rate. Pantry for quest, freeflow water, tea, coffee. Morning can be noisy because my room very close to road but not a minus for me since I need to wake early too.

The roof terrace was nice.

Like the other comments tell you: very(!) bad smell in the bathroom, hair on the bathroom floor, dirty (room and kitchen), mould on the ceiling, no AC, the staff does not speak English at all and you can hear everything through the wall (neighbours snoring). Can not recommend it at all!

the bathroom wasn’t clean and smelled very bad, we actually had to go buy some air freshener cause it kept us awake

All i like is just the cool weather.

Wifi is super slow! Got disconnected frequently. The inhouse cafe was closed for the whole of my entire stay so I had to order grabfood for breakfast. I don't see why people rate it as 8.9

Bad experience. Not recommended .

Dirty rooms. No water. No food, Bathrooms and bed rooms were filthy looked like some garage experience. Worst hotel with fake rating.
