Beautiful spacious apartment in an amazing setting right on the beach front. I arranged all the bookings for our tour of Costa Rica and this was the only time when we entered the apartment the other three people all said ‘Wow - this is amazing’. Everything about the apartment was high quality - bedding, towels, furniture, bathrooms, equipment provided.

Spent 1st night ac problems under construction 2 day noon no ac no water request refund $675 left day 2 between 11-2 pm called Vacasa we returned text conversation she said she would handle refund only allowed $368 I told her even 1st night ac was only blowing fan air she said I was lying and said she only issued $368 because of it I’m asking you Vacasa to demand my full refund
