Location was good and owner very nice.
Very dusty outside. I paid extra to have a room with toiletries and all my husband got was a small bar of soap. No shower gel or shampoo or spare toilet paper.

Nice and quiet but close to more built up areas

The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean and they cleaned the room every day. Not too far from the beach. The staff made us feel at home.
I didn’t like bathroom not having a shower door. The whole bathroom floor gets pretty wet after showering. The water has a lot of chlorine and you can smell it when you shower. I didn’t like that there’s no TV.

The place is so clean, peaceful and relaxing. The owner and staff were very accomodating, kind, very respectful. Gave us a hands-on one of a kind service. They were very helpful in booking our El Nido Tours as guest are free pick-up and drop-off from the accomodation.
For us, the distance from the main town of El Nido is not really a big issue and the fare/pax/ride is just but a fair price, no overpricing…mosquitos, well they are everywhere not just in this place. So overall, there’s nothing that my family and I complained about the property. It’s just great!

- Place is clean
- Breakfast is ok
- AC that is so loud you have to turn it off (you can't use it) we tried a different room and the same problem occured.
- Staff is friendly but not helpful, we asked them to look at the aircon and try to fix it, but after 2 hours waiting still no one didn't move a step. (We asked multiple times) The only advice we got : "Just use the air-van in the room so you can turn the AC of"🙃
- We booked a more expensive hotel so we could enjoy the Wifi and have more comfort, because we needed to figure certain things out for our upcoming trip. Every place we slept had better internet than this place. Kept loosing connection and unlucky to be in the room away from the transmitter.
- There should be warm water, BUT ofcourse NO warm water to be found once turning the "boiler" on. (Even resetting, turning it on and off did not work) after asking if they could fix it the next morning, they told us that they would send someone to look at it. As expected no one came.
- If this hotel was around 10 to 20 euros a night I would not complain, but since we paid 57 euros (what is in the higher range) this is not acceptable.
- You pay for facilties you will certainly not get. To make it worse, they even installed a bright led light in front of the EVERY room window, so you can enjoy your sleep with the feeling of laying in bright daylight. (Weird because every room has a second outside light that you CAN turn off)
- We could have known this, but location is not convenient at all, tuktuks are really expensive to get here.
(We would love to let you hear the noise of the AC but can't upload a video.)
Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Staff were brilliant and very quiet location rooms were nice breakfast was excellent
Was a bit far from town bathroom was a bit cramped for me and the water pressure was very low.

The staff were amazing and made the stay really special, it was so lovely to meet them and we hope to see them again. They were extremely attentive. It was really easy to organise motorbike rental, airport shuttle from Puerto Princessa and island tours for a great price. The room/bed was comfortable and breakfast was promptly provided when we were up. The pool was nice but small and refreshments were available.
There were some issues with the water pressure but the staff were quick to resolve this when asked. Better storage for clothes is perhaps needed like a wardrobe or drawers so you can unpack your clothes but a rail was provided.

The property was in a beautiful, quiet and tranquil location. You can book tours, shuttle buses and rent a bike through them so it is very convenient and they are always willing to lend a helping hand.
The water is sometimes at low pressure but we just asked for the pressure to be turned up when we showered and it was fine, and warm!
