Spacious, modern apartments in a hotel complex. We had a fantastic sea view from the 11th floor. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towel changes and mopped floor, something you don't always get from an apartment booking. Great for couples and adults, we had older teens with us, it was nice that the pool wasn't filled with children with inflatables. The pool was lovely for swimming, the hotel had a good rule that sunbeds couldn't be reserved and would remove towels laid out without people which meant you could always get a sunbed when you actually wanted to spend some time at the pool, which I applaud them for. Excellent location in the centre of Benidorm. We didn't use the hotel restaurant as it's surrounded by bars and restaurants, we did use the Japanese restaurant attached, which was fancy with robot waiters and great aircon (we were there during 35 degree heatwave) the restaurant was pricier than most but you get a 10% discount if you're staying at the hotel. The bar attached L'Abadia also served the pool. The bar itself was very nice and had lots of speciality beers they always brought tapas with your drinks, olives crisis nuts etc. We also ordered the meat and cheese platter which was well presented and delicious. We spent some evenings sat by the bar playing cards and the bar provided waiter service. They had some entertainment evenings which were Spanish singers etc. Overall the hotel was great quality and I would definitely stay there again.

Not many negatives, but if I was being picky we had a 2 bed apartment and while it was beautiful and spacious with lots of storage only one bedroom was separate so the other was open plan to the rest of the apartment which meant our teenage boys had to keep checking we weren't getting changed etc before walking through. Also no bathroom door lock. However the sofa bed was tucked in its own little area with wardrobe and storage so if you planned to use it that person would have their own space. There was no actual pool side toilet so you had to dry off first and go inside. Lifts could be busy especially if the cleaning team were using them. Entertainment wasn't every evening and tended to be Spanish singers so not geared towards English speaking guests. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. The location was excellent close to the beach and lots of bars, restaurants, and shops.
