Better than I thought it would be for the price. Not fancy but a good place. Food also surprisingly good in the resto, especially the ice cream. Room very clean, quiet and comfortable, staff very good too. Only quibble was the room lighting - the only option was ON or OFF. No beside lights, one switch for bathroom, one for bedroom, period. It might not bother some people but it would prevent me from staying again. Otherwise, it was great.

fake picture on booking.com I have booked through booking.com and it was shown double bed on pics but in actual I have got single bed very small room

After booking confirmation, Ginger executive calls and says the hotel is full and if I could cancel my booking. When I said I can't, they allocated twin bed room while the ask was for single and bigger bed. There were no towels, no bathroom inventory. The experience at reception was worst.

You should charge for Wi-Fi

The front desk people were very cordial and helpful. I wanted to comeback for lunch post check out, and wanted to remain in the restaurant for about an hour due to situation. It was readily accepted.
