Somewhat the breakfast.

Not clean...ac did not work..change room..safe not work..bath sink not draining... Looks like no maintenance is done to prepare.

The price of goods in the room is a little abusive

Bath tub needs more cleaning in the bathtub that’s all.

My overall stay at this hotel was ok, some experience did lower the overall rating. For one, my room only had one chair (double bed for two people) really awkward when you get room service. Also, no staff would come back to our room to collect our empty plates, so multiple occasions we would bring them back to the kitchen area. The ac is pretty loud so sleeping was difficult at times. There were numerous occasion where we could smell strong gas in our room, was advised they use gas to heat up water for shower. There was a guy who literally knocked on our door everyday to ask if we needed our fridge refilled (seriously I don’t need this, if I want drinks refilled I would ask myself, asking everyday is over the top), before my checkout date the lobby staff asked me if I wanted to pay the outstanding balance, I personally found this very rude because we already agreed I would pay during checkout, almost felt like they suspected me of running away, not nice. I do have to give credit to the staff working at the kitchen.

Air conditioning terribly noisy.

The toilet that doesn’t flush followed by the room phone that doesn’t work and the Internet connection that doesn’t authenticates as advised. Horrible experience!
