Everything was absolutely amazing! The facilities are perfect and the atmosphere around the hotel and beach is fabulous. The location is great, and there is a decent selection of restaurants along the beachfront. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! Thank you very much for the stay, we will be back for our next visit to Mykonos.

Everything is absolutely perfect. The hotel is very beautiful, the view of the sea is sublime, the staff are always there for the customer with a smile. The service is perfect. Mikonos Blanc Hotel is heaven on earth. I'll be back again.

The photos make the property look much bigger than it is. That's not a bad thing... however, you don't realize that you're in a small bay with several other beach clubs/hotels back to back. Which is FINE is that's what you're looking for...

From start to finish all the staff were amazing. In particular Neil, Falak and Magda. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Amazing beach front with comfortable beach beds, great pool and great atmosphere.

Everything was spot on from the driver, picking us up at the port to the woman at the front desk to the staff in the breakfast area to the staff at the pool … absolutely one of the finest hotels and experiences we’ve ever had…Magda,& Mario we’re stand out employees.. give them each a bonus !!!

Location

The hotel is situated in a great location overlooking Ornos beach and bay and within close distance to Mykonos town and the airport. The swimming pool adjoining the beach is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds. There is an adjoining beach bar/restaurant by the pool which is open to residents and non residents where they serve the Buffett breakfast.

Breakfast was very average- not what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. The hotel rooms are modern and nice but again not 5*. Generally the staff are not that friendly and hardly crack a smile, especially in the restaurant. Prices of drinks and food in the restaurant is expensive although this seems to be a common theme in Mykonos. The staff also don’t respond well to feedback or address issues you have very quickly. We had an issue with our shower and had to ask several times before it was looked at. We would potentially come back to the hotel again based on the location and pool but really hope the hotel take notice of our feedback. We stayed in another hotel in Santorini before arriving here and the difference with the customer service was enormous. Overall this is a 4 star hotel with room for improvement. We hardly left any tips as we really didn’t think the staff deserved it by their attitude and the service we received.
