LO CONSIGLIO
Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso il presente appartamento, per la sua ubicazione che è centrale dai servizi (nelle vicinanze c'è la stazione ferroviaria per Roma), dagli stabilimenti balneari e dai ristoranti. L'appartamento è luminoso arieggiato con tutti conforts, inclusa la presenza di un terrazzo abitabile. Lo stabile dove si trova l'appartamento è munito di ascensore: cosa di non poco conto!
Non esitate a trascorrere una vacanza presso quest'appartamento per la sua pulizia, per la cura nei dettagli di arredo che rispecchiano appieno la disponibilità, cortesia e correttezza dei suoi proprietari.

Great apartment in the centre of Nettuno
We had a very good stay in Manueles apartment in the center of Nettuno! A lovely apartment that has all you need! With fully working wifi. Very close to everything, 5 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the supermarket, and the train station is even closer. Nettuno is a nice little village that has a lot to offer, shops, restaurants, great beaches, so I highly recommend a trip there and a stay in Manuele's apartment. You will not be dissapointed! A very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms, big kitchen and large balcony. Less then 5 minutes on foot from the train station. 5-7 minutes to a pay beach and another few minutes to a free one. Sand and not deep sea make it perfect for kids. The owners are also very nice and helpful. A very good place to stay with one or two children.

Nice apartment perfectly located
Manuele's apartment is nice, clean. It has 2 separate bedroom, one with 1 dbl bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There's a balcony. The apartment is perfectly located close to shops, centre, restaurants, old town and beaches. The host (Manuele) is also very nice responding very fast by email and being punctual.

Lovely holidays in Nettuno
The apartment is very clean and ideally located with easy access to the beach, supermarket and the railway station. We rented a car and had a chance to explore the nearby beaches and taste fruits, cheese and meet of local farmers.

"The apartment conforms to the description. A large supermarket is a 5 minute stroll away, sandy beach - about 7 minutes away by foot. Rain station is literally around the corner and a ride to Roma Termini will take you just above one hour.
Owner is friendly and helpful.

"We stayed four weeks. The appartment is in a perfect position for sightseeing, beach and shops. It is well furnished. Sometimes problems occurred with the hot water. A dishwasher would be a very good addition.
The landlord is a helpful and nice person. We''ll visit again next year."

Unterkunft sehr sauber und großzügig, Lage perfekt (nahe am Bahnhof, Einkaufsläden und Strand), allerdings ist der Strand kostenpflichtig. Der freie Strand ist weiter weg, aber auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Vermieter sehr nett, sehr zuverlässig - jederzeit wieder!

"Our host was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. He was just so kind. Nettuno is a really friendly seaside town and our toddler was treated like royalty everywhere she went. The beach is lovely and the sea was just beautiful - so clean and warm. There are plenty of interesting shops and places to stroll around. The accommodation was central but very quiet and peaceful. Overall I would highly recommend this place."
