It was clean, pretty and very comfortable.

Maybe provide water and toilet amenities. although convenience store is literally down the street.

It was really close to the old city center.

The shower is full of mold, the air condition filter was not cleaned, it was pure dirt. In this viral time, you should really pay attention to this. The description states that there is a garage, but you can't really park there by car, so we paid the hotel next to it for parking.

Location was the best thing, everything was in walking distance. Right next to a grocery store which was handy. Manager organised a taxi to Dubrovnik which skipped the 2 to 3 hour waiting time passport / boarder control waiting time. This was achieved by crossing a secret boarder crossing through the mountains which buses are not allowed. 😊

Great location, super close to the old town. Very friendly manager on check in who gave us great advice about the best beach (also close by!) Would happily stay again if visiting Budva

Apia Residence was great host to me and my family. We enjoyed every moment.

Approach to the Residence was chaotic due to poor organisation of Avala resort staff, but Apia's staff always managed situation very well, to full satisfaction of all their guests.
