Terrible and shady…avoid at all costs

Was unable to enjoy due to unavailability of room upon arrival.

Upon arrival and check in, we were sent to a room that was in complete disarray. Beds off frames, bathroom tore up. Tried to give me a new room that didn’t fit my family and then wanted to charge me an astronomical rate for the replacement room and second room to fit us. They didn’t want to refund us, and due to booking through third party site, made us leave a $50 deposit on a credit card, then proceeded to charge said credit card over $400. Had to have third party site step in an advocate for us. Ridiculous.

Perfect (if you’re not allergic to pets)

Spacious room, appeared clean…

But, there must have been a dog or cat in the room (specifically the bed) before we stayed at the hotel. Pet allergies galore!!

The staff was friendly! I felt safe. Location was spot on! I’d stay here again!

It was fresh and clean, well maintained. The room smelled fresh upon entry! Parking was convenient also.

The bed did not have the best mattress but for one night, it was doable.

Wow!!

I've stayed in other hotels that call a room with 2 beds and a sitting area space with a pull-out bed a "suite". Homewood gives you an apartment. I wish our stay was longer.

I have noticed hotels in the past and your have curtains open. I like to sleep/take naps during the day and sunlight bothers me. But this is not the first hotel I face this dilemma. What is the purpose of 20% closed dark curtains? Unless I am totally stupid and they close somehow

My stay at Homewood Suites made me choose this Hotel chain whenever possible...others don't compare.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel once before. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff was. The breakfast was great, and the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. I booked again with this last trip, and because of the good experience here, I've tried to book Homewood Suites for each of my stays along my way.

I have no complaints at all. Traveling alone, I requested a lower floor with an easy access to my car, and the staff made every effort to do so!

Toilet is too low to the ground and small. There is only a tv with channels, no streaming. For the rate as the highest in the area there should be more Modern features.

Nice clean room and I liked the size of the room. Shower was great. Staff very nice

Breakfast was subpar. Not much of a variety. Never had eggs cooked like they were cooked. They were not appetizing at all. No choice of meat. No breakfast sweets. All in all it was disappointing for such a nice hotel

Worth the highest score.

Rocky Mount is a hub with a LOT of hotels. Homewood Suites gets the highest scores, and this particular stay MET THEM. Very comfortable and filled with everything we needed.

It is a bit more expensive than I wanted it to be, but it really was a great stay.

Our New Halfway Hotel

Big enough for my family of 6. Very clean !!

The price was a little high compared to the same-named hotel and same room type that we stayed at a week earlier in South Carolina.

The staff was professional, friendly and kind. the room was clean and smelled great!

The water pressure for the shower and bathroom sink was extremely low! It was terribly annoying trying to cups my hands to have enough water to wash my face.
