I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The home is very spacious, communication with the host was excellent. They checked to ensure everything was going well during my stay. I was in town for my son’s baby shower. I walked into the property to be greeted with a gift the host had left for the expectant parents as well as the baby. The host even left welcoming gifts for everyone in my party.
That was above and beyond what is required in a host and really touched my heart. I will most definitely look to stay in this property again in the future.

The house was great. My husband and I stayed with 2 of our friends for my husband's 50th birthday. We had plenty of room and Camille was great, kept in touch answered questions and even left my husband a birthday present.

This was the best host yet that I've experienced since staying in vacation homes. She was very responsive to questions I had. Even checked in to make sure everything was going ok. There were 7 of us in the house and the house was perfect size for us! Plenty of linens and cleaning supplies. House was in a cul-de sac and even the neighbors were friendly. Would highly recommend.

The pictures on line do not do this house justice. The home is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and alot of electrical appliances including washer/dryer and dishwasher. It was absolutely perfect!! Communicating with the host of the property was excellent!! She stayed in communication with me to ask if there was anything she could do for us. We couldn't have asked for a better home to have our family reunion in. Everyone had a great time and I will definitely rent this home from her again in the near future!!

Property was clean and well suited for our girls weekend. Plenty of beds and living spaces. Owner was prompt with responding to messages and was very helpful. She even left us a small welcoming gift. House was close to new Tanger outlet mall.

Enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and comfy. Due to traffic, a bit further away from downtown than I would have wanted to be. I definitely recommend renting a car versus uber/Lyft.

This place was perfect for my bachelorette party! It had plenty of room and bathrooms to get ready in! Everything was clean and well kept! Not too far from downtown. Will definitely stay again when I’m in nashville!

The property was as described and the host Camille was super helpful and responded very quickly. The Uber/Lyft rides were about 20-30 to downtown depending on traffic. They were generally about $20-$30. The AC worked so well too. Such a great house.

Our stay was amazing. The house was very clean and our renter left us some extras to help us to get settled on arrival. The house had all that we needed with towels and linens. We enjoyed our stay. It was easy access to downtown nashville and the softball tournament that we came down for. Overall a wonderful property. Thank you so much again!

We had a great time at Christopher's place. We like the property/house a lot. The house was clean, well stocked, and in a great location in Nashville. Everyone in my group felt safe and extremely comfortable. Contact with the owner was great through our weekend.
Other places in Nashville were easily accessible from this location. If we didn't plan on so many activities to do in Nashville, the house would still be a lovely and peaceful place to spend time in.
If we plan to stay in Nashville again with our large group, we will consider Christopher's place again.

Just outside of the city this place is perfect for a get away!! Loved the cul de sac and peaceful backyard!!

Stayed here for a week while at a church conference. Everything was perfect! The house felt like home away from home. Spacious enough for kids to enjoy playing and adults to have private rooms. Camilla was excellent in communication! Thank you so much!

This house was absolutely perfect. It’s in a quiet neighborhood away from the business but easy to get to downtown or wherever you want to go. Property was so clean and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything and anything we could have possibly needed was there waiting for us. They had great communication and make the process so easy. We were traveling with two young kids and the property was perfect for them especially with a backyard they could run around in. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

The property was perfectly located for our trip to Nashville for a concert. The neighborhood was established and quiet. The host had left us gifts and plenty of towels and bed linens. We were able to cook at home which made this trip more affordable when traveling with teenagers. Thanks for everything!

Went to Nashville to run a half marathon. This place was great. Removed enough from the hustle and bustle so we could rest at the end of the night. Multiple showers and bathrooms were great for getting ready. All in all pleased with this place.

We came for a family trip. It was our first time in Nashville, and we were able to get to all of the "tourist" things with 20 min. or so. We would definitely come back! Camille was a wonderful host. She left essentials in the house for our stay and some very special gifts. If you book this house, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you, Camille, for making our first trip so easy!

We found this gem when looking for a home to rent near Nashville. The property was exactly as the listing described. Any communication sent to the host was responded to very quickly.
The layout is perfect for a family (3 adults and 2 children in my case), with the bedrooms upstairs and family spaces downstairs. Getting everyone ready to go for the day was easy with 3 baths.
The cleanliness of the home was amazing. I've stayed in numerous rental homes but never one that was so clean. The linens were perfect, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was sufficient for our needs, and I'm sure we could have cooked a full meal with ease. There was enough dining space to accommodate 8 of us for lunch one day with plenty of room.
The neighborhood was very quiet, yet close to main roads with all of the stores you can need. Publix, Krogers, WalMart and Walgreens were all within a short drive.
I will definitely check this property first for any future travel to Nashville.

We stayed at this property in Antioch just outside of Nashville in October of 2022. The owners are extremely attentive and kind. Camille always responded quickly to any question or request. You'll find everything you need in the house- right down to toilet paper, nightlights, and games. They even have a small basket of toiletries in case you forgot anything. A big bonus was how clean everything was.
If you're looking for a nearby church while in town, St. Ignatius of Antioch was a very welcoming parish and is only 4 minutes away. We also loved eating at Fat Boys BBQ around the corner from the house. The lady behind the counter was the sweetest and everyone was friendly. And you absolutely MUST go to a show at the Grand Ole Opry while near downtown Nashville. It was amazing!!!

Wonderful , clean and comfortable stay. House very roomy and perfect layout for our group of 8 adults. Very clean and had everything we needed to grill burgers on the back patio and cook our breakfasts inside. No problem getting Uber rides to Broadway. The special gifts left for us by the hosts were thoughtfully waiting for us when we arrived. We were able to check in early which was a huge bonus for our plans for the day to work out perfectly!
