Great location

1.Poorly decorated & furnished. With better furnishings & wall paper etc replaced it could have been perfect 2. A good kitchen but no knives, forks , spoons etc & no dish towel.

The bed, the size of the flat, the parking lot in front of the hotel.

We booked a flat and not a regular hotel room, because we want to keep social distance due to the pandemic and therefor prefer to prepare meals for ourselves and have them among us. Unfortunately the kitchen was _very_ poorly equipped, providing just the absolute minimum of dishes and utensils . No cafetiera in an Italian flat - that's an absurdity! No brushes or a little sponge to clean dishes etc. clean. Some of the dishes were not clean when we came. The sink pipe underneath the sink is leaking. In the bathroom, there is a stain of mold near the window below the ceiling. We have seen much better kept apartments at more exquisite locations for less money. And as a matter of stile: Room cleaning utensils such a vaccum cleaner and mop-up broom are normally placed out of sight in a separate closet and not in the guests' sleeping resp. bath room. Very unprofessional and not at all four-star-worthy!
