Best location in Budva

The location is very central to most all to be experienced in Budva. Vladan, your host is the best. He will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. The view from our top floor apartment is great although sadly the time will come years in the future when it is built out SO go there asap. The apartment has been designed to block all light and outside sound so a good night's sleep can be had. Parking is amazing if you have a car. A electric wrought iron gate keeps it safe. The restaurant down stairs is great for coffee and eggs for breakfast. As we were travelling for some time the washing machine was fantastic.

The disco in the basement of the building. Very light sleepers may detect the base sounds from the music. I agree with one of the other guests a small microwave would be great.

It was at top floor and didn't have an elevator. Didn't have any view or window.

Great apartment with a large terrace. Everything is nice and clean and Vladan is a great host. Location is perfect for Budva, old town is a 5 minute walk and so is the seafront.

Really amazing accommodation and super nice Host.

The apartment was lovely, the owner was really good at communication and very helpful with anything we needed. The apt is in a great location and view close to the sea and old town with more than enough room in the apartment for multiple people to relax. Would highly recommend.

On our last night (Friday) the nightclub downstairs opened again and made sleeping a little difficult.

Good option for holidays without small children

Good location. Spacious terrace with good view

Dirty floor. We had to wash it ourselves. Looks like it had been washed long before our arrival. Also to get into the elevator, you need to climb a steep staircase. It's inconvenient with a baby stroller

Good place to base in Kotor

Great terrace, apartment few minutes away from bakery and grovery shop, 15 min walk to old town. Great views, parking available. Good value for money. I would stay again.

Beds could be more comfortable, boiler with hot water could be bigger. Sometimes other cars block the exit of the parking and it can be hard to go in or out, this is not accomodations fault but maybe something can be done

I liked everything about the apartment, modern, clean, great matrices fir a good sleep n rest, n very specious bathroom. Staff was exceptionally helpful.

Didn't like d fact that d lift starts from 1st floor instead d ground floor. Big minus for d building construction. Location was a bit too loud , with the casino n bar just under d building.

Perfect apartament located on the rooftop of a new building in the city center. Has huge balcony with great view and comfortable furniture. Very close to beach and everything is within walking distance. Inside everything is new and very clean. Host is extremally friendly and helpful always available to help

Passable

The location was great- near beaches and old town. The apartment was clean, and a bed was comfortable. Host also provided us with the transfer from Podgorica and kindly sent instructions for attractions in Budva.

The worst thing was music from the club on the first floor every night from 11 PM till 4 AM. I couldn’t sleep without earplugs. There also were ants in the room, bathroom, and in the kitchen. the internet connection was not stable enough for work, but should be fine for just leisure.

Exceptional

Location is excellent, near everything; just make plans and enjoy what Budva has to offer. The apartment was spotless clean, sound proof. We really enjoy our staying. The balcony has a nice view, for the moment there is some building constructions in front of the apartment but this did not impede us to spend our evenings gracefully . The host was correct and polite.

Excellent location. Central and convenient for shops, bars, beach. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and gave good tips on where to visit and where to eat and beach. The apartment had everything you need including a washing machine.

the apartment facilities need to be adjusted properly before renting this apartment out.

AC was not working one day. water heaters were not working. wifi speed in bedrooms awful

Superb

Appt is cute and clean. It has all facilities as described. Walking distance from the beach, old town, supermarket. Host very helpful and kept our laguage on the last day until our departure.

Building has no elevator and it was quite challenging getting our suitcases up to the last floor. Thx to host who helped us with this.

Great host, easy comunication, automaticaly switched to WhatsApp.

We didnt wanted to leave the place! To be honest we didn't expected so good location and apartment. Excellent value for money!

fantastic view in the Center of Budva

Fantastic location with a stunning terrace. Very clean and well equipped. We also appreciated the flexibility of the staff for check in and check out

There was an issue with the electricity. We had bought groceries to cook in the apartment but the power supply kept going off so we were not able to cook in the end. The owners tried to help and called an electrician for the next day
