Not so clean, floor tiles in bathroom are moving, noise from window frame (it was very weird), pool not working because of water heating problems

U apartmanu imate zebra zavese koje ne fukcionisu, ne mozete da ih podignete, uglavnom su pokvarene. Na veliku zalost apartman koristi toplu vodu iz sistema zgrade(ne poseduje svoj bojler), tako da tople vode za tusiranje nema, voda je u najboljem slucaju mlaka(cak i kada pustite da tece jedno 10 min). Mi smo bili u decembru u apartmanu, tako da je vrlo moguce da to leti ne stvara problem. Imamo malo dete pa nam je to bas bio problem. Takodje televizor je vrlo mali, ne znam bas iz kog razloga ali dosta programa je na stranim jezicima, tipa nemacki….televizor jeste smart ali nemate mogucnost da ga povezete na internet, tako da to sto ima od programa to vam je sto vam je. Detetu crtani ne mozete da pustite preko youtuba ako ste navikli 😆.

Great location. Nice view to the sea from the room. Comfortable beds, sofas, etc. Well equipped & clean kitchen. Daily cleaning service. Friendy staff with good English knowledge. (Gordana & Sasha) Private parking in underground garage. (Note: You need to check in first, even before entering the garage as you need to have a card to open the gate!)

It's 4 stars hotel. But there are several point which 4* hotels can't have: Check in/check out. We waited for our room 5hours. Last day we were asked to leave our room too early. Strange check-in/check out rule. In general, the hotel seems like that there is no owner: In a elevator there is a hole instead of a button. First 20-30 seconds the water in the shower has the smell of sewage. The washbasin mixer does not work well. The windows to the terrace are poorly adjusted and sometimes difficult to open UPDATE: 1. According your rules guests leave their rooms by 11-00. But when we came at 11-00 we were told that previous guest was still in room and you couldn't do anything and our room would be ready after 14-00. 2. According your rules guests can check-in their after 15-00. But you asked us to leave because new guest asked about it. BUT when we asked the same we heard - WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING!! Why you helped someone after us but couldn't helped us. And you saw and knew that we were with 2-years baby. 4 hours for cleaning!!! Are you kidding?!!!!

Everything was nice, rooms are big and clean, stay is comfortable, stuff is so nice and communicative all best about this stay

Amazing apartment. Great location (<2min to the beach), lovely balcony, great sized apartment with everything you need.

We stayed here 4 nights and we were really satisfied with it. Spacious and clean, close to the beach, you can hardly wish for better location. The owners were doing their best to make us feel satisfied.
