La entrada y el restaurante se ven bien y tiene bufete americano con costo extra. Pero no alcanze a comer .

Las fotos de las habitaciones son falsas , nada que ver . No lucen igual . Que decepcion y aunque está limpio la habitación ,la televisión tiene pocos canales , y el baño luce antiguo pero funcional . La de limpieza abre la puerta sin importar si estás durmiendo o te estás cambiando. No respetan . Que molesto es . Deben limitarse a tocar la puerta pero no entrar

the key didn’t work they changed it 3 times then changed our room and all our stuff was in the locked room didn’t get it till the next day

In the first floor everything looked clean and new

When me and my mom got to the room immediately we saw that it was dirty. The floor still had stains and dirt. Then the air conditioner didn't worked at all. The bathroom was disgusting, I had just arrived from a long trip and the first thing i wanted to do was shower. The bathroom had hairs on the floor, near the toilet, and where you shower. The toilet had also pee stains. My mom immediately had to call the lady outside that was cleaning other rooms and she came to mop again and while doing it she did it bothered and just slammed the door when she left. At this point me and my mom couldn't stay here anymore, so we packed our stuff and checked out and got a different hotel to stay at. They didn't give us our money back.

The room was EXTRA DIRTY like not cleaned, as idlf they forgot to clean it for months!!!, the staff was not responsive when I let them know! Just ignored me. No heater( probably all the room, as we heard another client complaining as well) No hot water, just barely warm.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty bathroom, dirty toilet , we didn't have a shower curtain!!!! Bed sheets smelled to humidity. Worst experience ever
