The hotel was nice, and I chose to stay here as I wanted a change from another location. The check-in process was fast since I had a VIP booking. The resort was well-maintained, and I felt really safe during my stay. There were so many food options available, especially high-end seafood and wine, which was really nice. Approximately 95 percent of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort was very clean and peaceful, despite its large size. There were plenty of pools available to accommodate the guests. The drinks served were also good overall it was sn amazing experience.

I had only one bad experience with the security at the sports bar. The bar was shut down an hour earlier than expected, and he was very rude to us, refusing to let us in. Additionally, I had hoped for a special birthday gesture in my room as I had notified the property about it, but unfortunately, I didn't receive it.

the shows at the pool , it was just music out 4 days I was there , 1 day only watched a good show the rest was just music

we had all inclusive, the food was gross, no flavor. only decent food was the chicken tenders. the whole hotel was HOT lobby area eating area and it smelled. our door wouldnt lock and when we addressed our problem the front desk people were rude and would talk over us, not worth the money we spent.

we had a black wristband which gave us access to everything expect a few paid for options. all the food offerings were great. Whitebox was the best for food and cocktails with super friendly staff. pool party each day and entertainment every night. we left the complex a couple of times to party into the night but overall was good. entertainers were very good too!

rooms are a little dated but any problems were fixed pretty fast. (our shower was abit weak in pressure) drinks outside of the restaurants were abit like paint stripper for spirits and no wine options but navigated around it.

great location, friendly staff, loved, loved Benzuza - onsite restaurant, as well as the Hippie Chic (loved our guy Roberto) so pleasant & attentive.

decided to go the 3rd week of March not realizing it was Spring Break. The pools were crowded, bars were packed and it was difficult to get a drink. The check out process was not that easy as mentioned during our tour of the resort, our airport shuttle ended up leaving us since the express check out machines were not working & if you had balance you had to see a concierge. An fyi, in order to use the more private pool areas you must purchase a bottle, which I was ok with but not spending $350 for a bottle of tequila to enjoy the ambiance. a few times we saw young individuals behaving inappropriately, not being considerate that there young kids walking around the premises. one other thing, although they did make us aware, we participated and joined the club at Oasis but it took 5 hours, we did enjoy it but we ended using a day to become members of the club. maybe should consider cutting it down, especially since we had just arrived the day before.
