Excelente localização, praia muito propícia para banho, apesar das bandeiras vermelhas em alguns locais, típico de Cancun. SUÍTE DE LUXO com magnífica vista do complexo aquático do hotel e da orla da Zona Hoteleira de Cancun. Ampla agenda de atividades, organizada pelo hotel, para quem quer se ocupar ao longo do dia. Café da Manhã ESPETACULAR - Restaurante SPICE: ampla variedade de alimentos, frutas, frios, pães, bebidas, guloseimas de toda espécie. Excelente serviço de preparo de omelete a seu gosto; ótimo atendimento pelos garçons. Almoço BOM - Restaurante SPICE: poderia ter uma maior variedade levando-se em conta o custo da hospedagem. Restaurante PUNTA VISTA: cardápio restrito, poucas opções de pratos prontos. As opções que experimentamos foram saborosas e bem elaboradas. O hotel precisa melhorar a qualidade de atendimento dos garçons neste local. Jantar BOM - Restaurante SPICE: poderia ter uma maior variedade levando-se em conta o custo da hospedagem. O hotel promete TUDO INCLUÍDO (ALL INCLUSIVE), "PERO NO MUCHO". São cobrados à parte, com expressivos valores em dólares: Jantares de frente para o mar Cabanas de piscina e praia Restaurante SPICE: poderia ter uma maior variedade levando-se em conta o custo da hospedagem. Restaurante PUNTA VISTA: cardápio restrito, poucas opções de pratos prontos. As opções que experimentamos foram saborosas e bem elaboradas. O hotel precisa melhorar a qualidade de atendimento dos garçons neste local. Existe um hábito/costume local de dar gorjetas (propinas) a todos os funcionários do hotel que te atendem, sejam as camareiras, os mensageiros, os maleiros, garçons, etc. Em CANCUN parece não terem o cuidado de servir a cerveja gelada e no Hyatt Zilara não é diferente: todas as bebidas incluídas, ilimitadas, mas A CERVEJA É SERVIDA FRESCA, sem estar gelada, como é o gosto brasileiro. O HOTEL NÃO OFERECE SERVIÇO DE ALIMENTOS NA PRAIA. Se quiser uma porção de camarões, por exemplo, tem que dar sorte deles estarem disponíveis no buffet do Restaurante SPICE, onde você terá que ir vestido, sem trajes de banho, buscar em embalagem descartável para levar para onde você estiver na praia. Bizzara essa situação, decepcionante.

Location was great, hotel was great, food was great. But what was truly exceptional was the service, the attention, how everyone at the hotel made you feel special.

The staff was incredible; attentive, friendly, accommodating, and gracious. I also reserved a massage at the spa, and it was amazing. The view from the room was perfect, and everything was very clean.

The available information for all of the rules and inner workings of the hotel were scattered across multiple websites, and were often incomplete or contradictory. All in all, it didn't ruin anything, but it would've been nice to have that information before arriving so as to have a better understanding of what to expect. For example: restaurant hours, pool hours, alcohol that's included in the "all inclusive," what appropriate attire for each restaurant is (and what it means), etc.

The entire hotel was very well presented with friendly staff and all round great service. The food service is upscale so be warned. The food was excellent overall. Great beach and splendid pool. Service was efficient and always with a smile. I like breakfast and dinner the most here. Entertainment in the evenings were awesome. Hotel and beach were picture perfect. The hammock in the room balcony is a welcomed touch.

Paying to use beach or pool cabanas is not cool when you thought you were at an all inclusive. Further not being able to book the use of these facilities with the "app" adds injury to insult. Some drinks were not up to mark- check the Johnny Walker Black out as it was watered down in the bottle...definitely the wrong colour and odour for authentic stuff. Upselling all services at a 5 diamond resort is a little odd I think. Finally, the Playa Collection thingy can really take away from your vacation. I suggest vacationers read their contracts very carefully if they decided to join that vacation club.

The lounge chairs had no 'hoods'...it is extremely warm in Cancun, and it would be a bit more comfortable if the chairs had coverings .

The property was absolutely stunning. From the moment we walked in, the lobby captivated us, the room was cozy and spacious, and the pool and beach area was magnificent. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and it was an extremely relaxing three days. It was also great that they had such fun activities planned such as ceramics and painting, entertainment provided in the evenings such as a circus show and Mexican dancing, as well as having a craft cocktail lounge for decadent cocktails for a night cap. I would definitely stay here again, and I am so happy I picked Hyatt Zilara, as I researched many options before choosing, and I know I made the right choice.

Everything overall was perfect! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, and we definitely did. The only small thing is there were many cabanas that were not in use as they were for additional cost (closer to the pool bar), so that was a bit disappointing as they remained vacant, but then no one could use them unless they paid extra (so for the price we are already paying, that was a bit strange); however, we still had no issue selecting cabanas further down and we stayed in the pool most of the time anyway, so it was all right.

The hotel was lovely, pools were lovely and the beach was also really nice, a bit of seaweed but they kept on top of it. Food was good and they were very generous with it… no restrictions which was nice. Was in a good location, close to bars etc if you want to leave and go out. Rooms were big and spacious and AC was good.

We got sick on the first night and spent the entire time feeling unwell. Not sure if it was food poisoning or a bug but It made the visit much less fun.

+ I've never felt so looked after - from the time we arrived, we were in 5* luxury, complete with regular cold flannels to refresh ourselves + Great food options breakfast lunch and dinner were all incredible + Wonderful staff - I wish I could remember all of their names but I'm writing this 2 months late (I do remember Alessandra the bellboy was great ) but they really were ALL absolutely fantastic + Rooms were large and well kept + Loved the mixology bar - the bartenders were so great, we got talking and made us very random cocktails from memory (including a hazelnut negroni)!

- Nothing I can point out that I didnt like - we loved our stay - Its worth pointing out you wont get an "authentic Mexican experience" here - but I dont think that's what Cancun is for!

The staff was too greedy, wanted bigger tip. More then 70% of the sun-beds was only with reservations ($75-$125). So if you don’t pay, you have to pray before going out to get one of the free one.
