I selected the location as it was near to my Office. That way it was great as it saved a lot of time in commuting.

Wi-Fi was not at all good. Its speed was not even 1 MBPS. My mobile had a better speed than their Wi-Fi. Hence I had to use my mobile instead of their Internet. Commode spray in my bathroom wasn't working. Breakfast didn't have any varieties. Speed of fan wasn't good.

Cost was less.

Bathroom fittings didn't work, people and machines outside the room were very noisy. Sheets were stained. No closet.

The room facilities were okay. But we didn't get the room that we had booked, certain facilities were missing.

The hotel has two branches. The hotel staff were unaware of a booking being made through this website. They made us shuttle between the two branches due to unavailability of rooms. We went back to our original destination only to be told that it was a misunderstanding and that we were supposed to be accommodated there itself.

Suraj is rude and ignorant.
