Lilith was really helpful, she's very accommodating and the most important thing she talk in english which is really difficult to communicate to others, even till night shes arranging taxi if we need. She's really the best

the breakfast is also fine but i think need to give more option because every one have different taste that they will like the food whatever they served.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful every time, the view of the balcony is very beautiful and great. If I want to come to Yerevan again I am sure I going to MBM Hotel again.

Gagik is a GREAT manager!!! He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a great one! We have traveled to a lot of places and this was the best place we have ever stayed at. The flights into Yerevan come in during the midnight and early morning hours and he accomodated us by sending someone to meet us at the airport and he was waiting for us to arrive and check in. The room was spacious and there was a kitchenette in the hotel with a balcony so you could sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine. The location is great with a SAS Supermarket close by along with a currency exchange and some local cafes and bakeries. It's also within a walk to a metro station and the city center. It's about a 15 minute walk to Republic Square. If you want to explore and discover Yerevan, then you must stay at this place. You won't be disappointed. We will definitely be contacting Gagik for future stays in Yerevan. He not only treats you like a VIP, but a good friend as well. Thanks Gagik for the great stay in Yerevan.

I cannot think of anything negative about this hotel.

The gentleman in charge of the hotel is exquisite. I was welcomed by him in the middle of the night with a high smile on his face whereas he was asleep. He let me stayed after the checking out time as there were no booking for my room. Breakfast was excellent and I was even offered extra complimentary tea and nuts. The room was big and very clean. I was really surprised of the quality of the service to be fair.

Close to Republic Square and centre. Very warm and friendly people (especially Gagik, the receptionist). Good breakfast. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Was my second stay here and won’t be the last.
