To be honest, nothing...

There was a foul smell right from the time we entered the elevator. When we went inside the room, the stench was like a dead rat. Bathroom was in worst condition. The shower was constantly leaking and toilet flush wasn't working. The sofa set and couch was full of stains and had a peculiar smell. Would neither stay again nor recommend anyone else to stay there.

There was nothing to like at all.

Everything, it is a place way below even one star, the rooms are old, the whole place is really odd. It should not be on offer at all on any website, it is an embarrassment.

The location is good.

The reception is not that helpful for enquirers. Reception need to be more welcoming and helpful. As well there is a smell of a certain perfume which can make headaches for some people.
