Good breakfast, good service. Location is the best.
The hairdryers in the rooms are old, noisy and work poorly. Last time it stopped working; I called front desk but the maintenance guys took so long to come that I had to leave with my hair wet.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Os quartos amplos e os funcionários muito atenciosos.
O restaurante. É péssimo. A comida é ruim, e a demora absurda. Fora o café da manhã que é bom e diversificado, o almoço e jantar são uma péssima experiência.

Café da manhã excelente, acomodação bastante confortável e equipe de atendimento muito gentil e educada, não foi nossa primeira estadia e já reservamos a próxima para Abril.

it became extremely expensive lately for the quality that it cannot offer for the price. the noise from the other apartments, even low sounds, are quite common. But it always was the issue.

The breakfast options were pretty consistent with a few changes to the pastry and hot options. The coffee was great and the staff attentive making sure that nothing ran out and that the place was kept neat and clean for new patrons

I liked the breakfast; there was good variety. Sometimes it was crowded, but it was helpful that the back patio was open. However a local bird tried to eat my bread :) !.
The cleaning staff were kind and thorough.
Some of the evenings were rather cool, and the blankets in the room were very light-weight.
For foreign visitors -- it would be nice if there were more multi-lingual staff in the lobby, and more help in arranging services such as reserving taxis.
