Location in Keswick town is good. Rear entrance from car park was convenient. The apartment was warm, cosy, clean and comfortable.

Quicker responses from the managing agent would have been helpful, even if replies were a refusal to requests. The across the board check-in times of 5.00pm and checkout (on a Sunday morning!) of 9.00am were excessive. The reason given is for extra Covid cleaning but this is at the expense of customer convenience.

Location was excellent - close, but not in, the town centre. The property was very clean and well presented.

Incorrect instructions were provided for key collection. Took more than 30 minutes on cottages.com phone queueing system to establish that we needed to collect keys at the office rather than at the property as was instructed in our email booking confirmation. Later, it took a further 30 minutes on the same system to inform the Keswick office that someone was parking in our allocated space by mistake. Eventually that was resolved.

Lovely apartment,has been carefully stocked with everything you could need . Very cosy and private .Enjoyed our short break here and will definitely return.
