Pocket Friendly for One Night Stay

Helpful staff. Smooth check-in and check-out. Functional bathroom. Hot water showers and water pressure are excellent. Bed comfort and good sleep. Shaving razor quality was very good compared to similar hotels across my earlier stays.

Over all the room is clean but not hygienic. Maintenance work in the rooms is visible. Bed linen wash to be improved.

I thought the rate included the breakfast but charged separately

The breakfast was not included in the rate and they charged for it.

The Bath Room is small and switch is inside the bath room

Location is great 👍 and Food is decent.

Staff could be little more friendly to make the stay comfortable. Over all nothing much to complain. Room size is just ok!

Cleanliness of the room. The room was comfortable

There was no water to drink. The refrigerator wasn't working. The person on front desk asked for more money wasn't shown in booking.com as well as he refused to give customer copy of bill unless had to be told it's a customer right. While checking out even asked for transport assistance he replied book online

Got homely feeling at the hotel

The property is very much in the middle of the city. Staff was very good and service was also very fast. Rooms were neat and clean. Restaurant served very good food. They had all the basic amenities required. It wasn't too professional like other hotels. Staff is very supportive and flexible in terms of services demanded. Overall experience was great.
