Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Frühstück war für mich ausreichend und lecker. Der Pool ist klein, trotzdem völlig ausreichend.
Im Hotel roch es etwas muffig.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, very close to the airport and the hotel offers a complementary hourly transfer. The breakfast was rich and delicious.
Air conditioning. It's freezing in there when you enter from the outside, we saw lots of people shaking.

Super nice hotel in the center of Puerto princesa.Close to the airport and all the bars and souvenir shops. Pool is great plus for refreshing after day trips. Also very good massage service. It is a sin to miss that when staying in this hotel

Everthing espevially the people who works in the hotel from front desk to housekeeping to FnB and security were fantastic.. for me Ivywall hotel Puerto Princesa City is the best hotel now...
