Good location

Good breakfast. Short walk to beach. Beautiful surroundings. Big plus for having a Shala I could use for my yoga practice.

The room had a nice hot shower and the rice fields were nice, loved how easy it is to walk to keramas. Staff were really nice.

The food at restaurant was pretty ordinary.

Pool area wasn’t overly inviting, but I think most of the people staying here were surfers and we’re using the beach.

Location close to great surfing beach Keramas. The location was quiet and surrounded by rice paddies with just a short walk to restaurants. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

We have been staying at Nirmala for years.we love the staff and the beautiful location and gardens. It's also right out the front of world famous Keramas surf break and next door to Komune beach club, which is fun to spend a day in their beautiful beach front pool. This is the perfect place to come to get away from the hustle and bustle. There are beautiful little nooks and crannies to sit and chill out while over looking the rice fields and ocean. The gardens are stunning and I just love the natural beauty of this place.

I love everything about this beautiful little oasis. If I have to say a few negatives, it would be the following: - very basic menu with no juices (I think only orange juice available) - the standard room beds are a little uncomfortable. Maybe a bigger pillow or two pillows might help. - the family room had major mould in the bathroom which looked a bit unsightly. Not sure if it was the type of mould to cause health concerns, but definitely did not look good. My nephew has asthma and had to swap rooms with my mum just in case. - the little paddle area of the pool needs the tiles bleached or replaced as they have darkened over time. This makes the water in the baby pool look dirty. It is not dirty at all, just the colour of the tiles giving the illusion. I only mention this as I heard a child say they don't want to go in the pool because it's dirty. Nirmala Guest House is such a beautiful place to stay. I think if you can fix these few little things, it would be absolutely amazing. We will continue to come back to Nirmala as always and we are so happy it has reopened again after the pandemic.

the hotel facilities need more improved, door locked not function well, tv channel no signal, wifi not available, towell not good, nice view from room, and good sorrounding sound of beaches

HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER!! It was wonderful after having to shower in cold water for almost a month, at my other accommodation. Also, the pool was very nice and clean!

The room was nice and clean but a little bit on the older side. However that didn't really bother me.

they switch to Standard room (should be Standard Bungalow room) due to limited room (how come?). But the deal was made on the following day. Need to improve the booking system to not overbooked compare with the capacity.

This place really feels like an authentic Bali experience compared to other places I've stayed at. Just the little things from the statues around the property, plants and flowers, koi ponds, really enjoyed my stay here. Location is 5 min walk to beach for surfing which was epic and just a nice quiet place to relax overall.

the property is beautiful and if you simply like relaxing there this is perfect but besides the beach theres not much nearby. Have to walk across busy highway to get to any convenience store. Also they AC was garbage, said it was on the whole time but our room was quite hot and I had some awful sleeps because of that. That was really only the negative of this place was lack of AC
