great staff , service and location

breakfast must improve

They have upgraded our room from Deluxe to Junior. We had a great terrace with sun until like 4 pm. The room was big, clean. They gave us water and some sodas from the house every day. We had a coffee machine in the room . The street where was located the hotel is silent and right behind syntagma square. I have read some comments about a soft bed. It is true. I hate soft beds, but somehow on this one my back didn t hurt at all, actually it was great. The pillows were also good. The bathroom is big, clean. We had a great stay there. And the stuff was very frienldy, helped us with every question we had, even deciding on a day trip. Accepted a dellayed check out.

The AC is a bit noisy if you need it on during the whole night. The center of Athens is noisy because of the clubs. Even if the street was very silent, you could here the noise from distant streets. But that is the case for all the center. This hotel is on a silent street, so a plus for that. The breakfast was good, but the variety of food is not so great. They could work a little on that too.

Where to start from... All the staff were amazing. From the cleaning ladies and the front desk to the cuisine and the maintenance. Its' cleanliness fantastic, services and room amenities unexpectedly great, dishes can only be compared with high level restaurants but definitely more affordable, the guys at the cafe/restaurant did the extra mile to satisfy even the most demanding clients, the front desk more than helpful with great suggestions and knowledge of the city. I can't thank you more for my (unfortunately short) stay, but I look forward to a long and pleasant stay in the upcoming months 🙂

Everything was great - room, staff, breakfast, amenities. Location was superb.

No complaints about the hotel. However, the Booking.com overcharged and refused to do a refund at the moment, bouncing this question to the hotel itself. But when we booked, the charge came from Booking.com. The final bill from the hotel at the checkout was less then charged by Booking by $60. And that is even without a credit of $40 that Booking applied to the original reservation. Here is a response from Booking: "... the reservation was paid through virtual card provided by booking.com, which has limited funds according to the rate of the booking and is impossible to be overcharged". Just a warning to others when you think about to go with Booking. Go directly to the hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection. Good location - around a 20 minute walk into central tourist Athens.

A little far out for a quick city break, would have liked to be more central. The staff were helpful but unfortunately one staff member did not listen to our taxi time correct and nearly made us miss our a flight. it made for a stressful end to the trip.

staff is excellent!

Hotel has an excellent location, quiet but easily to access the metro and other parts of the city. Room and bathroom were lovely and spacious. The breakfast is a buffet style and wonderful - I particularly enjoyed the coffees each morning!

The location was fantastic - walking distance to old town and Acropolis. The staff were all super helpful.

It’s clear that not all rooms have yet been fully renovated- our bathroom was old and dated but that didn’t detract from a great stay.

super location with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. easy access to the city centre and attractions too.

The location of the hotel was one of the best things of it,as it is really close to Syntagma square where you can take the metro station and go anywhere you want.Also the breakfast was really good with a variety of choices and the staff was quite friendly and skilled

Nice area and easy walking distance to the Plaka and the Acropolis. Staff very friendly and helpful.
