Nothing was right in the prooerty.
Basically, it was a horrible experience of staying in this resort. We had to cut short of our stay to one day. Room was so filthy that we had to ask the room service many times to clean. Very poor management. I was asked to pay cash for two days when we checked in and what a carry on for refunding the funds.

We stayed at the Regenta resort for 1 night. Starting from reception to kitchen, the staff was very professional.
The rooms are quite spacious and clean. They have a great gym, swimming pool, mini golf area, sunset points and a lot more area to walk around and explore.
The Shree Swaminarayan mandir, Aaina Mahal are nearby if you want to visit.
The food is tasty and within reasonable prices. They have a pure vegetarian kitchen.
Overall it was a very comfortable experience.

I was told by front office , they Oblige me by UPGRADING ! it was not up to the standard of 1 Star also !!

Everything is good. Very good food, great staff and location.
Heritage rooms where we stayed has a fantastic location. However the toilets need improvement. They are very small and a bit run down.

The property upgraded us to a cottage. The large room had a comfortable bed and adequate wardrobe space. The complementary kettle and tea in the room was welcome. Wifi was quite adequate. We were very satisfied with the level of cleanliness. Check in and check out was quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The cottages are a little far from the reception, and because of the heat in Bhuj you need to rely on a golf cart to take you between restaurants and the cottage.

The Location is beautiful and the property is very well maintained. The staff are also very polite and helpful.
The only drawback is that the resort serves vegetarian food only, which I think is not mentioned in the booking page.
