Waste of money..its very bad experience..

Well past it's prime, run down. Photos are a bit deceiving. Mattress needs to be changed. Visible sags and no cushioning left.

Nothing good. Bad attitude ppl. They given my room someone else without inform me because I didn’t paid 25% amount. In booking’s room showing no payment required.

We upgraded to a larger family room which was good for size, and the air conditioning and fans worked well.

The room had no windows in the bedroom. There was no hot water. There was no kettle or complementary tea/ coffee sachets in the room and it was difficult contacting housekeeping on the phone. The hotel had seen better days with spacious marbled hallways but was badly maintained. Large areas of the hotel were left unused and so there was no area provided for having breakfast. The complementary breakfast was brought in from outside and delivered to your room. However, the breakfast amounted to 3 or 4 rice dumplings with a small chickpea dip which was so hot and spicy that it was inedible for us. Lastly, other guests were very rowdy and talked / shouted / laughed / played loud music at all hours. We were woken at 00:30 on our first night and at 4:30am on our second night due to this extremely inconsiderate behaviour.

Room size once I chose a larger, more expensive room.

Room was not really clean, we had to ask staff to dust off tables. Lots of mosquitos, and the sheets were clean but very worn out, with holes in them. Pillow cases stained. Front desk was almost hostile, definitely not friendly. In the case of a basic hotel, we’d have hoped at least service and staff interactions would be nice, to make up for the comfort aspect.
