There is everything You need.
And a crowd of other people with same needs...
And the people working there know it, so You are not important.

My family liked the breakfSt. Parking difficult and expensive. However due to a booking error we were one night short but luckily after discussion the hotel were charming and managed to accommodate our booking at the arranged price. Very courteous of them and excellent customer service.
Parking should be addressed as very expensive and difficult.

Swimming pool is great for family, bus to beach was great, room was comfortable.
Spa was closed. It’s a bit tricky for anyone who is not “all inclusive” as it was not clear where you could buy food if you just want a sandwich.

Decent price for two nirghts
-Nothing around at walking distance.
-They don't have different options for pillows, so I ended up with neck pain.
-No options for late dinner in or around. Well, they have a vending machine with absurd prices that take advantage of the situation when you feel peckish.
-No free parking. (And their parking entrance is quite narrow so be careful with your car).
-They try to rip you off at every chance they have, which makes the experience frankly disappointing.
-Leaks from the ceiling that tell you the building is not in proper conditions.

nothing
unhelpful staff. lift did not work, and went to cafeteria in morning for a coffee but apparently they can not sell me a coffee because no se puede cobrar solo un café. I would suggest close hotel and try something else. Never again.

Excellent value, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Large pool area. Easy parking outside the door although there is also a paid hotel car park too.
The pool closed at 6pm - the loveliest time of the day to relax there???!!
The hotel is on a headland so there’s a steep hill to get up (we knew this). But it is not lit so not a great walk back at night - and there were no taxis around.

Excellent stay here on our 50th wedding anniversary. Complimentary cake and a bottle of bubbly very well received.
Excellent breakfast and evening buffets with wide choice. Most guests here are Spanish, so local dishes with lots of seafood and delicious desserts.
Plenty to fill a wet afternoon with pool tables and tenpin bowling alley.
Staff were friendly and helpful
A car is recommended as the hotel is on a hill with little within walking distance.
We were very satisfied with our visit.

Dinner exceeded my expectations. The seafood variaty was better than in most 5* hotels. Staff was also very friendly.
The furniture and the whole hotel appearance needs refreshment. Is more like a 3* hotel at the moment.

RECEPTION
On arrival there was a wait of 20 minutes as there were so many people checking in with three members of staff checking them in. The young man that checked us in was friendly. He took our details and gave us our room card and said that our room was on the 5th floor. Unfortunately he didn't tell us any information about how to get there, we were left to find our way around. We asked other clients were the pool, the restaurant and the lifts were, I felt rushed at reception as there were so many people waiting and I never thought to ask. We bought an armband from him that gave us unlimited drinks at lunchtime. He told us this information, put the armband on and didn't cut the remainder of the tag off. I thought that I needed to do this myself until I watched as he cut the next ladies off for her, I then asked him to cut mine.
I felt that I was not given the same attention as the other clients as they were given information in Spanish, maybe it was a language barrier. We were given the information on a sheet of paper, all in Spanish.
We walked aimlessly around the hotel looking for a bar to get a cold drink after a long drive. The bar staff were very busy but friendly.
I can read some Spanish so once we found our room I read the details of the hotel. Perhaps a sheet of information in English, French German and Spanish would be welcoming and helpful for non Spanish speakers. We visited the reception on a few occasions when they weren't so busy to ask questions and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
THE POOL
We sat around the pool on our first day, it is well equipped with lots of clean sunloungers. The pools areas are kept lovely with a lot of thought gone into the planning, no broken tiles or sunloungers.

The hotel is in a stunning location on a headland between a beautiful harbour and the bay of La Herradura. The hotel itself had lovely pools and facilities ... but add the lovely local beach bars and restaurants into the mix and its a winner!
Nothing. If being picky... tennis net needs replacing! But suspect they know that.

Very little other than large pools. Air conditioning worked in the rooms. Some of the cleaning staff and reception staff were nice as we had no success with Booking.com trying to change rooms.
La Herradura beach is lovely, especially Coco Bay chiringuito (simple, informal, lovely service) or Bambu (smarter, great service, sophisticated food). The Marina is classy with a few nice restaurants and a nice chiringuito on the small beach.
So disappointing for the money we paid and given that our friends and others we know who live there are able to hire villas or rooms in hotels for the same or less which are much, much nicer. Long list of disappointing elements that aren't shown on the website: dirty plates every single meal time; loud, canteen-like dining room; mediocre food (pile it high, low quality); depressing rooms with view of staff smoking / rubbish area or walls of adjoining building; edificio alcazar where we were put looks like a school gym - utterly functional; hotel is too far from any beach, bars or the town to walk, even if you are fit and the courtesy bus only runs until around 6pm so you're trapped at the hotel unless you drive or hire a cab; one of my kids got their jewellery stolen from the bowling alley on the first night. It is just really basic which is fine if you're paying basic amounts but you can get a lovely villa with private pool and cater for yourself or eat out for less!
El Chambao de Joaquin beach bar had the rudest staff I've experienced in a long time, over priced and much, much nicer beach bars and restaurants further along.

The location is good to get to the main La Herradura beach ( bus shuttle from hotel) and to get to the Marina. Staff are friendly and trying to do their job well.
The room was depressing. Dark dingy corridors. It definitely isn't a 4* This could be due to a last minute booking so room availability limited.

couldn’t park my car. Gave us wet towels and dirty. The all inclusive is fake it doesn’t included practically no drinks of good brands and they have a time limit for all inclusive so you are worrying about the time all the time it’s better to not even get the all inclusive and use the money for drinks without worries of the hour.

Clean, spacious, excellent breakfast, lots of sun beds , large clean pools and great facilities
After the last shuttle but it was a dark walk home so a taxi or a torch up the hill. Sure a taxi isn’t much though
