Location was just right distance from the tourist sites. Quiet at night except for other travelers coming in loud at 3am

Funny perfume smell in the apartment. No windows in the bedrooms to air out. A bit dusty. Upstairs shower did not drain well. Pool was more like a jacuzzi without bubbles.

Excellent city-centre location. Very well-equipped. quiet and secluded - noise not an issue.

The two bedroom apartment on two floors was quiet, very clean, spacious with very good airco. Geeat that every bedroom had a good bathroom.The location was perfect with everything we wanted to visit at walking distance. Although there was no real view, the apartment was very light due to clever placement of windows in light shafts. The dipping pool at the roofterrace was a great way to spend the hottest part of the day (they have addef a nice shaded area)

A view from the windows would have made our stay even better.

The staff was friendly and keep to help you out with any issues you had. Clean and quiet place. Not far from the town centre, within walking distance.

The washing machine was not working properly

The property was minimal but clean and nice. The management was professional and helped us resolve a parking garage snafu.

There was no balcony and the windows were interior making it somewhat dark. The property oddly required each guest to register early and send passport info and pictures on an unsecured site. This was unnecessarily cumbersome and required before the management would provide access codes. Access to the garage was also cumbersome.

Not bad location, walking distance to the centre, pretty clean (except shower tray and grouting needed deep cleaning). Great little pool on the roof with sun loungers and shaded area (shared with all apartments in building). Host was very helpful with remote check in/out and organised airport taxi transfer for us.

Bedroom next to the street could hear the main door opening through the night and people partying late walking past. Requires a fourth soft chair in the sitting area.

Location is quite central in old town. Apt is on a quiet street with many eateries around. On our first night we were too tired to go out. So dined at a next door hotel with a very nice restaurant - Los Rincones del Marques. The two bed/bath apt was clean, comfortable and sufficient for three of us. Very walkable to most of the tourist attractions, Carrefour Express is around the corner for groceries.

The windows in the apt have no mesh or grill. So didn't feel comfortable keeping them open at night. The guest room windows are the same. They opened out to the corridors where other residents could look into our room. Bathrooms had only one hand towel. Not ideal if two people are sharing the bathroom. No coffee pods for the espresso maker! Not asking for much when you are paying decent money for a five night stay? Driving was harrowing on the narrow lanes in old town. Parking is expensive at €25/overnight in most garages.

great central location, we walked everywhere, clean, comfortable and roomy. kitchen is tiny but serviceable.

Great location and amenities. Had all the things one would want from kitchen utensils, appliances and bedding.

The drains in showers need to be cleaned.

We liked having a roof terrace - even in February! We use a kettle, rather than the coffee machine and would prefer a quicker cordless one. Except for that small detail everything else was perfect.

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice touch was friendly Christmas decoration outside each door. We were able to leave our luggage in a locked storage room as we arrived early. Good communication with host. Limited but adequate kitchen equipment and crokery. Access to a washing machine and dryer on a different floor. We were there in winter, so we did not use the pool but the roof top was clean, and looked comfortable. Small but adequate pool for cooling off. City map provided in the foyer which was helpful. We were travelling with adult daughter so nice to be able to spread out and have own bathrooms. We cooked Christmas dinner with food from markets in Seville and celebrated in the apartment - it was lovely.

Good location, however given the nature of the streets in the old town, took us a few days to find the local shops including a good bakery and small supermarket. Whilst not being far from the main tourist sights and centre, it is a bit of a walk 15 - 20 minutes from the cathedral area. Not as close as I had expected, however, may have seemed further because walking down small streets. Worth looking at a map on line to get a feel for where the local shops, and resturants are.

The apartment is in perfect location. Near many shops and restaurants. The pool on the roof is fab-small but perfectly formed. Sitting area up there so even though we did not have weather for a plunge,we sat there is afternoon sunshine reading a book. Communication was good and we had no real issues. Good price for the location we got.

The main bathroom had a bit if a smell. At first we thought it was just after a lack of use (stale waste water) but it didn't go away after 2 days. The other bathroom was fine. The bed bottom sheets did not fit the mattraces. Too small,corners on the edge. Came undone every night. We had to stretch it and refit it back every day.

No Oven

Apartment was in a great location, we could walk to everything we wanted to see. The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully laid out. The pool on the roof is just a plunge pool but adequate if you want to cool off. The beds were so comfortable. Communication with the host was all done by what's app and worked extremely well. Would definitely stay again.

We were looking for a flat that had two extra bedrooms and a livingroom, and that was perfect. We were able to close the doors and sit together, while the children were sleeping. Via walking distance of 20minutes you reached the dome / the historic center, a cute little breakfast café was just two streets around the corner, with great coffee and breakfast!

There were a lot of ants in the bathrooms ... and I thought the pool would belong to the flat only, but it belongs to all the flats!

Comfort, terrace and pool, great location, hosts friendly!

Everything. Great location, clean, good value for money, well equipped, comfy beds, good air con. We stayed in apartment 8 the duplex which had a private terrace to the rear and access the pool. Definitely for older couples, the pool is small but you just need this to cool off, we had this to ourselves I’m guessing because the time of year. Clean, loved the contactless check in. I’ll be booking for next year.
