Location was good, elevator was helpful, bed was comfortable,
Check in person might explained how things work, many things were broken , freezer door, shelf in second bedroom, only one towel per 5 days and no wash cloths, hot water was not working last 2 days vent in bathroom was coated with mold draperies were coming off at top. Furniture was uncomfortable it’s needs an update and someone to fix broken items

The seating area in the apartment was generous and comfortable. Six seats at the table plus two large sofas in the sitting room. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy and had a well stocked kitchen. The main bedroom was very generous as was the bathroom, the other two rooms were smaller but adequate for our group. The upstairs pool and seating area also proved very popular with us, lovely to lounge and read in the sun. Location for rambling in and out of the main thoroughfare was excellent, plenty of restaurant and coffee choices nearby! No more than 15 minutes from the cathedral for example. Overall a lot of positives!
The area was a little noisy, traffic started building in the morning from around 6am, which is something that just couldn't be helped. It really only affected the occupants of the bedroom at the front of the building, the other two bedrooms were very quiet. Also a few hostel type businesses near us that were a bit noisy a couple of nights. The bathrooms in the two smaller rooms were a little small, but we managed. We could not find a toilet in the pool area but again not a big deal to wander down to our apartment. We could not check in earlier than 4pm and there was no facility in the building to leave luggage. They kindly recommended the Lock & Enjoy around the corner which we used on the day we departed, near, cheap and clean.

very helpful staff and location is great!
not very flexible about increasing the number of pax per room even though the sofa could be used for an additional pax. had to book an additional room.
there was also no luggage storage available

A lovely apartment in the centre of the city. The facilities were really good and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Parking was arranged for us by the host and these apartments made our first stay in Sevilla a great experience.

Good location. Near lots of food places and amenities.
The 2 bed rooms are split over 2 levels. No door to the upper level room can be a marginal inconvenience.

Comfortable quiet apartment in the heart of Sevilla. The rooftop terrace and the small pool are incredible, we were having a great time.

Lovely property - very central. Pool is great!
Noisy if you are at the front of the building. There was a loose man hole cover in the road when we stayed which bangs all night.

Brilliant location, loved the rooftop pool and the apartment facilities. Good communication about check-in and arrival and friendly welcome. Our apartment had two double bedrooms with en-suites which was perfect for our group.
Issue with Wi-Fi service but that really is in the only thing we encountered - everything else was great.

big apartment with all the comforts of home
the building/ and street had an internet outage for 3 of the 4 days we were there which meant Wi-Fi did not work, the management team were communicate and helpful but to wait for telephone company to fix the issue
