Amazing flat with a wonderful spacious terrace and perfect pool - unbelievable location and views of the cathedral. Such a clean flat to stay in - and each room worked well for us. And Paula was so helpful - we had a glitch at the start finding the keys and she immediately found a solution. So friendly - and always offering a helpful suggestion. Would love to book with her and stay here again. And would definitely recommend as the pool in the afternoon is a life saver from the heat!

everything about the apartment was great. Clean, great location, neat to everything, airy, air conditioning everything you need in an apartment. Paula was great and recommended lots of places of interest, and was only a telephone call away if we needed anything. The terrace was amazing with great views of the cathedral. i would definitely book here again. thank you Paula 😊

Belen the host was great with communication. The apartment was clean, airy and light. The small pool with a view of the cathedral was a great way to cool down in the heat of the day. There was lots of outdoor space on the roof terrace with plenty of seating options to relax. I’d highly recommend.

This apartment was perfect for our group. The roof terrace views are stunning, there was plenty of space, and the location could not have been better. Paula was a great host too and gave us lots of amazing recommendations. We will definitely be returning!

The location of the penthouse could not be better. Cathedral is 5 minutes walk, Plaza de Eapaña 10 minutes. The place is quiet, clean and well equipped.

the lift is very small on way up but having a lift in an old building is a big plus

This penthouse has everything you could ask for. the locations is amazing, it is spacious, modern and clean (the beds are really confortable). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

A little detail was the deck floor which has big cracks and holes in it.

The property has a large roof terrace and is very well locatedIt is close to bars and restaurants.The host Paula was very helpful particularly when we managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment on one occasion.we would go back without hesitation

Perfect location and in general the apartment is amazing. There are a few details like glasses missing, blackout curtains on the first bedroom next to the living room but overall it's a good property and the location is perfect! I am sure that with small fixes this can be one of the best properties in Seville.

There is some visible damage on the walls of the door and the tv remote does not work. Terrace needs to be taken care of. All plants are dead and the floor is unsafe in some parts as there are pieces coming out and it is falling. Very dangerous. Be aware that the Pool is not a pool.. It's a water tank for 1 person and it is not properly cleaned and maintained as well.

Everything. The location was perfect. There is so much space there. Three lovely big bedrooms and everything we needed there. Nice and secure too.

There was nothing not to like. The only thing was there was two bedrooms down a windy stairs so I don't think this apartment would be suitable for large families with small children or elderly people.

Pros: - Location was incredible- really useful for all of the tourist spots. restaurants and shops nearby. - Decor is modern, trendy and spotless. - Flat was clean when we arrived. - Hosts were friendly and helpful, I.e came to clean pool as soon as we asked etc. - Facilities are great. Pool was amazing to have in the boiling hot weather, and all cooking/cleaning facilities were perfect. -Prefect views from the balcony -Nacho was a really good host he communicated whenever we had any questions

Cons: - Neither the front door or the door from the lift have good locks. Really difficult to feel secure. - Can be quite unsafe. Glass panels covering lights on the stairs were loose. Panels on the decking coming up (stubbed toes). - Glasses really cheap which meant they broke very easily. - saw a few ants but expected in the heat
