Volvería encantada a quedarme ahí.

Locatie en de stijl van het hotel beviel heel goed. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en goed.
In de slaapkamer maakte de airco (nadat deze uit was) een heel irritant geluid. Maakte de 2de nacht wat minder comfortabel

The location is spot on, in the middle of Santa Cruz old district of the city. staff really helpful and friendly. breakfast choice, great.

Everything, staff was very friendly, location is superb, room a bit small but well designed and quiet, food was excellent also for dinner on the roof terrace.
Nothing really. The only difficulty is to get to the hotel by car in very narrow streets and a non-reliable GPS. Difficult but not impossible...

rooms were small, breakfast was ok but no buffet, there was a buffet on the advertisement

The staff at reception is very friendly and welcoming. When we addressed a problem with the given room, it was handled promptly and we were able to change the room the day after. The patio. The mattress. The roof terrasse. The location right in the heart of the city. The breakfast menu has some very good choices but also missing completeness. Breakfast service can be olé-olé, from contained to outgoing. From our experience, it is superior 3*. Nevertheless, the address remains a good choice.
The size of the room for a superior one remains small. The rooms are somewhat missing some wall decoration. The room description list coffee/tea-making possibility. We had to ask for, and a kettle was brought to our room; but no cups, tea bags, or instant coffee. One evening we went up to the terrasse at twenty to ten. Clearly, it did not please the waiter and we were welcomed with an "I am closing at ten". This said, the spirituous selection is rather limited and there are better options in the surroundings. It is a petty, that the breakfast menu does not list all available choices, one has to ask for yogurt or cereals. In addition, the fruit platter is poor, we got all four days the same fruits, and considering that we were staying during the berry season, some strawberries wouldn't have been much of an extravaganza. We stayed the week before Semana Santa, so on the high side.

Really enjoyed our stay! What a magnificant atmosphere, Staff at the reception were really accomodating, Bfast buffet was replaced by Bfast a la carte which was amazing. Surely a place to go back to!

Fantastic location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Pretty courtyard
no coffee/tea facilities in room as stated, very noisy room overlooking street. No information in room about room service, not sure if it was available even, no mini bar. Room was supposed to be deluxe double but felt pretty basic apart from balcony.

Laura was the star of the show! This hotel is sweetly tucked away in Seville. We had a rough trip and Laura was a doll who guided to the best of her ability. Take my advice and listen to Laura. Park in the garage and don't try to drive to the hotel. On arrival she was concerned and relieved that we made it safely at 10pm. . She texted and called to check on us. The room was absolutely beautiful. A little on the small side but comfortable with an amazing bathroom. The tub was to die for. The view was amazing. Tiny alley and church steeple, like my hometown of Charleston, SC. We felt perfectly at home. So happy we made this decision to stay. Thank you Laura for your kindness.
Not one thing.

The hotel is located very close to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar, the principal tourist sites. We were pleased to have a fridge in the room but a waste paper basket would have been an improvement. The small bin in the bathroom was not practical for the whole room. The welcome drink for visitors in the bar was an excellent introduction to the tapas menu. It was much appreciated.
All the staff are very pleasant but communication can be difficult. It would be much more comfortable to eat breakfast from a buffet without waitress service. Orders are frequently not understood, misheard, etc. and go astray.

Amazing breakfasts. Great location. very impressive daily room service. Helpful front desk.
Sometimes loud at night when the streets were being cleaned.
Taxi transfer didn't work because I replied to the hotel rather than through Booking.com

The suite had an amazing ceiling and was a great size.
The view from the room was no existent, but did not really effect the stay.

Staff were really helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent - it was so nice to have freshly cooked food instead of a buffet. Location is super as it is just a few minutes from all the major sites.
Our initial room, a basic double room, had an internal window to corridor. However, we requested a room with a window and were moved to a room on the ground floor with a window which was so much better.

Like the overall look of the hotel particularly the dining area with a lovely skylight. So having breakfast was delightful and we enjoyed that thoroughly
The room was a little tiny and could barely fit the extra bed.

This hotel has been restored beautifully and sympathetically to its historic origin. Our daughters family occupied a junior suite which was stunning in its size, layout, bathroom, and overall appearance. So good that our teenage grandchildren didn't want to leave it.
Could not fault it.

nice people working there, good service and perfect location
please put the second waiter already from 8 o’clock. the lady who is the first hour of the day alone for the breakfast has a lot of stress
9.0
The hotel was centrally located to shopping and restaurants (a few minutes walk). We felt completely safe at all hours and there was non stop activity until late at night- we ate tapas at 11pm a couple of nights and the restaurants were still full of people. It's a wonderful and lively area. The breakfasts at the hotel were amazing- I rate their quality and quantity of the food as a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Beautiful roof top for a romantic dinner or evening cocktail.
If I had to say something that could be improved on it would be that the bath towels were a scratchy but they were impeccably white and clean so I'll take the scratchy bath towels any day.
