El trato a la llegada fue muy positivo ofreciéndonos facilidades para todo. La habitación amplia, con todo lo necesario y buenas vistas La posibilidad de dejar el equipaje en consigna sin ocupar la habitación.

Pool area is too small and too crowded. Air condition not really powerful, tho it was 42 degrees.

The staff were really kind and helpful.

Too crowd, and cleaning were kind of disappointing.

The hotel has been beautfully refurbished. The room was very comfortable and clean and the location is excellent if you want to be on that side of town. The staff were very helpful although on a couple of occasions it was difficult to get an answer from reception.

It would have been lovely to have been able to use the swimming pool. Unfortunately, it opens at 11 am and closes at 20:00 which is exactly the time when it would have been dangerous to expose yourself to the raging temperatures of Seville.

Excellent value. Comfortable and clean. Good sun terrace on roof.

Bathroom design poor. No electrical socket near bed.

Very nice staff, amazing pool with a gorgeous view of the city, very nice room and its city view.

The hotel was nice, the room as well. What we missed, were the plug ins next to bed, a radiator or just a place to put drying swimsuit or towels and a toilet brush.

There is not a restaurant on site. Not enough power points, chairs in the bar area were very uncomfortable

Clean, spacious and comfortable room.

The facilities and equipments are not up to a 4 stars hotel. The personnel is not helpful and will give you the minimum of explanation or friendliness. The swimming pool and it’s area is outdated, there were not enough sunbathers or towels and it closes quite early. The bar does not have a menu and the sangria is not good.

It has a great look, both inside and out, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Great, central location.

The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures I saw, and less comfortable if you wanted to sit and write, since the seating didn't allow for putting your legs under the one writing surface. Balcony standing room only. Originally, since we came by train and were offered a taxi to the hotel from the airport. this was commuted to a taxi from the hotel to the airport, but the person at reception said they knew nothing about this and it had to be sorted out with booking.com., so i didn't bother, since I'd already made too many lengthy phone calls that achieved little. The website on booking.com, after I changed my flight dates and hotel dates, didn't update the flight dates till I arrived. I had to pay unrefundable extras when changing my flight, so no actual advantage to using booking.com, I may as well have booked directly with airline. The food at Exe was okay, but not as good as at a 2-star hotel in Malaga (MedPlaya Benlmadena).

I was impressed with the customer service. The staff are super approachable, friendly and helpful. They all spoke very good English. The cleaners were always very polite on passing. I like my spacious room, with a good view. The swimming pool is a petfecy way to cool down in Seville. The mini fridge had some nice goodies in it. Location is good. You can find the short cut to walk to the city, if not that bus and taxi rank is just outside the hotel. Great coffee shops & tapas bars near by.

Not having a kettle & cup in my room to make a tea or coffee, but that is a culteral difference that I can respect.
