Need more towels. Need more bedroom covers options since might be cold for some guests at night. Air conditioning might need maintenance.There is one room without air conditioning, and the one in living room has some water leakeage

They ended up giving us 2 apartments joined together which made is very spacious and comfortable. Our group would have been cramped otherwise. The apartments were well stocked.
Apartments are old, some equipment didn't work and the flooring is uneven and looks old. If you go towards the main road, it's nice but if you walk on the smaller roads, they can be dirty and not pleasant.

Perfect location, the host is a giving person who do the extra mile to help you spend a great time in Sevilla, the decorations and set up of the house was really good, highly recommend it.

Easy to communicate with the owner/manager, Tomas, who responded rapidly and helpfully to queries and who provided a list of good value restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable and appropriately furnished and
the kitchen well stocked with crockery, pots and pans, iron, dishwasher, etc. Towels and sheets were provided. The air conditioning worked efficiently and was essential given the very high temperatures during our stay. One bedroom had no air conditioning but a large fan was available. Having two bathrooms (one en suite; two with showers) and a separate toilet was very helpful. The narrow street is which the apartment is located was quiet (little or no traffic, no bars or restaurants within earshot), which we considered a very positive feature. Cafes, restaurants, shops (including a well stocked supermarket) were very close (literally a two minute walk). The location (in the historical centre and only a short walk from the Triana bridge) could hardly be better.
Just one minor point: the common bathroom and upstairs toilet had no lock. In our case, this posed no real problem as we quickly agreed the following rule: door closed = facilities in use; door partly open = facilities free.

The location is super! Very close to all major attractions. One bathroom per bedroom is also comfortable. Tomas was also very helpful. we did not use the kitchen, but it looked well equipped.
The first night (Thursday) there was quiet some noise from outside, but it was better during the weekend. Tomas offered to pay us back earplugs, very nice intention!

We loved the host Tomas. He is a great host and kept checking up on us during our stay.
The check-in was smooth where Tomas received us at the entrance. He helped us with the local places to visit.
The apartment was well-equipped. Be it the kitchen, hall and the washrooms. The air-conditioning was on-point.
Ample space for our group of 5 people.
The location is right at the center from the river and the Alcazar.
We lost one of the keys but Tomas was really understanding that things happen during a stay.
We would love to be back here!

The apartments were very centrally located and close to all major attractions. The host, Tomas was there to meet us exactly when he said he would be and was extremely friendly and explained everything to us
There was nothing that we didn't like about the apartments as they were extremely clean and tidy with all the luxury of home . We couldn't have asked for more. Great value for the money.

The location of Las Casa de Moratin couldn't be better!! There are several car parks within a 5 minute walk, the shopping is literally out the front door and within a 5-10 minute walk, you can arrive arrive at any number of classical Sevilla destinations, ie the cathedral, downtown, excellent restaurants, the river, etc.
Everything was just as we wanted!
