apartment was noisy

The location was wonderful

Our group size was 12 people. The size of the apartment was large enough but the apartment electrical system was not. Maria told us to turn the AC off when we left the apartment but it was 95F+ outside. If we turned the AC off while we were gone the entire place would be incredibly hot. We would raise the AC when we left the apartment. Even though no one was at our side of the apartment just the AC running would trip the fuse. This happened multiple times. Even in the middle of the night. Maria blamed our AC use on tripping the fuse. The location was great but the electricity was not. Would be great in cooler weather.

Very central, location, although that had its drawbacks. The pictures are very accurate to the charm and decorations of the place, but many of the amenities and basic necessities can be improved. While we can be patient with a historic building failing in some amenities, we can not be lenient to hostile and demeaning customer service from the host.

To begin, as many of the other review point out, the noise heard on the street and above the apartment are extremely loud, so good luck getting any sleep. The apartment was extremely cold, and even with the heater “on”, it remained cold. When the host brought more heaters, the entire apartment’s electricity went out. When we tried to use the microwave/oven, it was confusing to use because it wouldn’t turn on, but it turns out it wasn’t plugged in correctly, but the host made us feel like that was our problem and we were inept to understand how to use it. The bathroom shower water would go everywhere outside of the shower. Lastly, the host was extremely rude various times when we tried to ask her to adjust the temperature, or instructions on the oven. She also failed to mention before booking that all of the cleaning supplies for the other rentals are in this particular apartment, so the cleaning crew would need to be entering in and out of our apartment while we weren’t there in the daytime. I hope the host takes these suggestions as genuine feedback from someone who books Airbnbs for a living, but judging off of the hostile comments to other past bad Reviews, that is all you need to see to sum up her mode of communication.

Great for a week away in Seville for 6!Spacious 3 beds with 3 bathrooms in a super location . Checkin went smoothly ! We loved it!

Noisy but to be expected as New Year but we overcame this with earplugs at night. Ask for more towels, we didn’t and so had 1 set each for a week! However you only have to ask Maria.
