Newly renovated with a simple and cozy interior very good location

The breakfast was not really good, not a big choice, tortilla was wet, I would expect wider selection of food. The biggest disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed, I was selecting specifically this hotel due to a nice swimming pool on the terrace. It was +34C during the day. And I heard other guests were also sad about that. I believe the hotel should inform of such things in advance. Once we wanted to have some drinks before dinner, rooftop bar was closed due to someone’s bday party there, we could not even order smth at the bar. Then we went to first floor restaurant, they said that they are closed even though I’ve seen some people still having food and drinks. I fully understand that sometimes hotel may have some private parties but as a guest I expect some alternative. For such cases you could redirect your guests to the first floor restaurant and make sure they can have some drinks and tapas there if the bar is reserved.

Reception Staff Service was poor No coffee in the room and breakfast buffet was not worth the money.

the room was a reasonable size, bed was very comfortable and firm. Very quiet rooms, even though you’re only a block from a busy street. Triana is a fantastic neighborhood.

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t open - a typical seasonal closure. Otherwise the hotel was in great shape and well maintained.

Location, apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable

The reason for booking was to use the pool and terrace of which there are many pictures on hotel website and booking.com website. one of the filters used in my search was swimming pool. The pool was closed for renovations and the main hotel terrace only open after 430pm. Booking.com website says check in from 2pm - on arrival hotel reception advised check in for apartments is 4pm.

kindly let us leave our bags for the day after check out so we could go around the city. also the room top bar was amazing

upon arrival to the hotel I just wanted to ask if we could check in early on the off chance as we had just been on a bus for 3 hours and wanted to freshen up and we were tired and I was told quite abruptly no and to come back at 2. The room was quite warm/humid and there was no a/c to control this. In the morning I like my coffee but there was no coffee provided in the room just 3 sets of tea.

We liked the location, quiet and not too far away from the old town and restaurants. Also we loved the roof terrace, beautiful views! We spent there one evening having some drinks while watching the sunset and the Giralda illuminated. The staff at reception and restaurant were super friendly. The hotel decoration was beautiful and cozy. The breakfast was very nice with lots of different choices. Maybe the coffe machine could be improved... We will definitely come back to this hotel on our next trip to Sevilla!

Clean, attractive and modern decor. Comfy beds, large showers with lots of hot water. Wonderfull roof terrace with lovely views, although too cold for the pool I imagine it would have been glorious in warmer weather.

The fans didn’t work in the bathroom.
