A perfect place to rest. Stonishing sea view, nice pool, what more do you need. Very nice and helpful hosts. A vila worth recommending.

The villa is in a wonderful position on the seafront, but it has issues, rising damp and 1 incredibly smelly cupboard, but the Management team are lovely and the views are stunning.

It has rising damp, smelly cupboard and sometimes a few cockroaches.

The perfect vacation place. Clean, comfortable and quite. Plus, wonderful service.

Everything is perfect-villa, location, spectacular view.

Excellent location: spacious villa with seaview close to Aiya-Napa's beaches and facilities. The owner is responsive and very helpful. Nice small beach just in front of the villa- great place for the families with young children. Animal lovers will enjoy the occasional contacts with cats :-)

Everything was good, the only question we raised was scratched pottery but I'm sure the owner has taken our comment into consideration.
