How close it was to the beach and the view from the balcony. How it has an access code to be able to go to the beach and pool. The rooms were spacious too.

The room that my family and I stayed in had small roaches in the kitchen that would come out at night. On the floor or on top of the counter. We noticed it the first night we stayed.

It is in front of the beach and a good location

It was under maintenance instead to be ready for the guest. The staff did not review this big detail, when I arrived to the property with my family I noticed immediately all the tools everywhere and the main room was a disaster: tools, paint trash, paint fresh, things over the bed, paint smells.. we were exposed. Ok, they gave me another room immediately but is not the way, we arrived late in the night and we were tired specially the kids. Also, to add an extra night was a nightmare; first, the way to do that is not clear neither for them, second, when the modification was ready they didn’t know even when they sent an email confirming the new check out date and they were trying to pushing me out in the original date and I needed to spent time to clarify it with booking and the property to avoid penalties. By the way, I paid that night 12/23 as normal, original price. Finally, they declined to extend the check out despite all the mess from the beginning; I just wanted to have a time to wake up the kids; but they didn’t accept neither as “apologies” for all the inconvenience, much less as compensation. Note: Good cleaning overall, but specially the toilets need a deep cleaning also in the outside.

The Location and convenience were the key. The units were very nice and clean. Access was easy to the beach and amenities was great.

For one of the rooms, we were given the wrong key code (one digit off).

TV didn’t work (came for the beach anyway), some of the outlets didn’t work, balcony light didn’t work.

Had trouble with the codes several times for the door but it was taken care of immediately each time this is why it was only 9 stars instead of 10
