Exceptional
Beautiful apartment with bonus of outside terrace, space to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine after a busy day in the City. The apartment was spotless, beds were super comfy and the children were delighted to be able to watch Netflix at the end of a busy day. Djan the owner was excellent, friendly, helpful and very responsive. Excellent location to enjoy the sights of London.  Would definitely recommend!

Spoiled by the bad behaviours and processes of agents/owners holding onto customer cash.
The location and apartment was suitable. A number of the blinds were broken, which I pointed out on arrival - they were still not fixed (safety hazard with chords hanging down). Unfortunately, the agents were the worst service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I travel all over the world and was continually harrassed by them (up to 5/6 text messages a day!).
The apartment was fine. However, the agent from the commencement of our booking first of all demanded the full rental payment up front (£5K, plus a £500.00 deposit). They threatened to cancel the booking referring to their terms and conditions. Upon reviewing these - it clearly stated on the booking pay on arrival, but the deposit was to be with them 5 days before arrival. Pointed this out and paid the deposit before we seen the property. In terms of returning our deposit - I had to chase this up and again, they state deposit returned within 7 banking days). Effectively they hold onto the cash deposits for nearly3 weeks. This cannot be acceptable?

fantastic comfort and luxury
Beautiful apartment in a great location. The house was surprisingly spacious and is equipped with more than essentials - fantastic comfort and luxury. No need to mention the spotless cleanliness. The communication with the host was easy and speedy! Everything exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to visit again!

Exceptional
Luxury apartment with outstanding views up and down the Thames river. Central London location and very close to the underground station. Managing company was very efficient.

Passable
The location is good, right near to the tube station and there are supermarkets and restaurants on site which is great. Also, the views from the apartment were awesome. 180 degree views and can see a number of landmarks. The apartment is also very spacious with 3 bathrooms.
Unfortunately the apartment is very tired. Floors are marked, carpets very dirty, shower heads filled with limescale, curtains broken, blinds missing, I could go on. The worst part is that each bed is very uncomfortable. The mattresses are very old and you can feel the springs poking through. My wife had to sleep on the sofa both nights as the bed in the master bedroom was the worse and I slept with my son. The bed in the middle room dips in as well. In addition, the toilet in master en-suite didn’t flush and we had the unfortunate case of my son using that toilet the second we arrived. I called the host office immediately and sent a text, but the toilet wasn’t looked at for the whole of our stay. Lastly, the neighbours had a very loud gathering on our first night. They were smoking, shouting, swearing on the balcony right next to one of the bedrooms, they were all there after what sounded like a drunken night out. This went on from 11pm to 2am. I had an angry confrontation to get them to turn their music off. Not what you want on a family trip away. All of the above was shared with the host but no compensation offered at all.
