Muy pequeño el apartamento, muy estrecho

La ubicación es excelente, cerca al parque principal de Guatape. La comodidad de las camas perfectas y todo muy limpio.

El agua caliente solo funcionaba en uno de los dos baños y el ultimo dia no funciono en ninguno de los dos, el agua de las duchas sale con poca presión. No se podia ver la tele porque no tenia la antena.

The central location was excellent. After moving apartment, the view was amazing.

Being so central also means it’s noisy. The beds were a little hard.

Lo unico que no me gusta fue que al llegar no encuentraban la reserva y fue un poco incomodo

The location is great.

Staff was very rude in forcing us to pay a 50% deposit via back transfer, although the reservation was guaranteed with VISA. Toilets are too small and there is almost no space to sit. Beds are short Many long black hairs laying around. Staff only speaks Spanish.

We liked the location of the building right by the bus station and a short walk to the square. A waterfront area is right across the street with a play area for the kids. We liked the hot showers and comfortable beds. We liked the homey décor and the nice façade of the building. The balcony was great for people watching, though it didn't have any furniture on it. The staff we met in person were friendly.

Communication with the hosts was confusing. Different people must have been messaging us with different platforms, asking us to pay in advance in complicated ways, and not realizing what the other said on the other app (WA and Booking). At check in, no one was at reception and we needed to ask a restaurant employee and a friendly guest to help us track down an employee. We made several requests for bed top sheets and a pillowcase before it was resolved. Our apartment door had one of the locks broken off, which didn't feel safe although the other lock worked. The noise from the nearby bar kept us up on the weekend. WIFI was spotty and cut out frequently. The living space had no curtains to block sunshine or offer privacy. With some changes this could be a top-notch accommodation choice.
