1. The apartment are nice at the 6th floor and lift are available, clean and good for families. 2. Surrounded by a lot of food place. No worries to go far2 away for food.

1. Parking is very limited especially when you are back to the apartment at night time.. 2. Accesability - if we are using the centre way to go to the lift, you will be passing by the back lane of the shops and very invonvenience. 3. To access the main road and at the junction near police station/Century Pines, it is quite risky especially when there are a lot of incoming cars.
