À deux pas des stations balnéaires Crown Beach et Edgewater sur le côté ouest de l'île se trouve Tuteveras 'Arms, un grand studio spacieux, entouré d'une généreuse enveloppe autour de la véranda et de vastes terrains menant à la plage et, finalement, au coucher du soleil.

Tutevera est bien aménagé avec tout le confort moderne (stéréo, DVD, etc.), bien blindé et dispose de deux salles de douche / salle de bain à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Sa large véranda couverte et son barbecue sont parfaits pour les réceptions en plein air, tout en gardant l'intérieur ombragé et frais. De grandes fenêtres grillagées sur trois côtés de la maison laissent passer la brise de l'océan. La taille de la propriété signifie qu'il y a amplement d'espace pour une salle à manger, un salon et un grand lit queen, sans qu'il y ait jamais une sensation de "crampes".

Tutevera's Arms est bien situé, étant très proche d'un certain nombre de restaurants, magasins généraux et installations de plongée tous accessibles à pied.

Everything was perfect with the accommodation and location and host and nothing to complain about that is of any bodies fault but we wont be staying there again sadly due to us really struggling with the amount of noise from the roosters and the neigbours dogs from about 3am. We wore ear plugs which helped but they not very comfortable to sleep in ! The area seemed to be the best hang out place for roosters ! 🐓 Overall the holiday was great though . We love raro to relax and reset Thankyou 😊

Great location on the Island with the lagoon right on your doorstep! The house was well furnished and had all amenties to make the stay very comfortable. The main pantry cupboard was quite musty and could probably do with a good airing. Other than that the property was really clean. There weren't too many consumables supplied - for example no real cleaning products (toilet cleaner and bench spray) which would have been appreciated for a 10 day stay. These things are fairly standard items to be provided across many of the other holiday rentals that we have rented. Not a downer at all but just something that would be a nice to have.. on the other hand, there were a supply of herbs and spices which made the cooking process a lot more interesting. Otherwise great house with a well equipped kitchen Would definitely go back

I absolutely loved my stay at Tuteveras Arms! The place had everything I needed and the west side location was fantastic. It’s short walking distance to other resorts such as Crown (next door), Edgewater, OTB and restaurants/cafes, so you can enjoy dinner and cocktails without driving and the superette and ATM across the driveway was super handy. The entire place had screens across the windows, so no pesky mozzies inside with the added bonus of feeling safe at night. The addition of books, DVD’s, snorkelling gear & basic food items were a nice surprise! The beach at the end of the lawn was lovely for a quick dip & watching the sunset with a wine glass in hand, but just a little further along are some great swimming spots, nicely sheltered from the trade winds from the east side Eddie stayed in touch, even though nothing was required. I can’t recommend this place enough (esp for the single traveller or couple), you won’t regret booking Tuteveras Arms and I will definitely be back!

We have stayed at this property twice before, and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this lovely cottage. Unfortunately this time the property was over run with roosters that crowed constantly all night. The neighbors also had two dogs that constantly barked at night , including running around our veranda and section barking. We also had to pick up dog pooh off the lawn each day so we didnt walk on it heading down to the beach. We are rural people who are used to counrty animals and own dogs ourselves, but after staying there for two weeks , we moved out into alternative accommodation to preserve our sanity for the last couple nights ! Eddie the property manager, was excellant to deal with.

Such a lovely place to spend a week. The house was in an amazing location with the beach right there. Had s great time snorkelling tight there swimming with the fish. The house had everything you could want including the chickens.

Our second time staying at Tutevera's and wow! what a difference a freshen up of the decor and furnishings has made. Clean and tidy with all the amenities now in great condition. Highly recommended as a holiday venue right on the beach.

Some areas could be improved. Sun loungers broken ( left voicemail with manager but no response). Lacking in wardrobe / hanging space. Small leak in ceiling. Place in general starting to feel a little unloved. Garden untidy. On the plus side.. this is an awesome secluded location. Beach at the end of the garden. . amazing sunsets. Wouldn't take much to make this a 5 star rating. We would come again.

My wife & I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at this beautiful gem. Just next door to the Crown Beach Resort, so a easy walk along the beach to enjoy our evening cocktails. Fantastic quiet location on the beach with a short walk up the drive to catch the hourly bus. I thoroughly recommend this house, suits couples or groups of friends. I wouldn’t hesitate going back.

A bit dated but it was clean, the bed was comfy, we found every thing we needed and we had a wonderful time. The location was perfect with beautiful sunsets, nice and private, little supermarket across the road and the bus so handy to get us any place. The deck/veranda was our favourite place with the views and sounds of the ocean so relaxing. Would love to go back any time.

Tuteveras Arms had everything one needed for an easy ,relaxed holiday, in a very private, peaceful setting. Nearby are a variety of shops, restaurants and great swimming/snorkelling spots.

Nice and close to the airport. Lovely location and literally right on the beach and next door to Crown Beach. We didn't have any trouble finding the place, even at night - Eddie had left all the lights on, we knew what it looked like and we followed the instructions. It's a quaint place, quiet except for the roosters and fairly private. We were really comfortable here and recommend the place to anyone on a budget looking for beachfront accommodation.

The property was just what we wanted, near to friends staying at a resort but with the advantage of a full kitchen, great deck, local wildlife, including a magnificent display by a whale, viewed from the bottom of the garden and privacy. We felt we got value for money and would recommend staying to anyone who wants to be in this part of the island, it's not the flashest place but it never claimed to be. Would stay again

We have discussed our holiday at length and could not have wished for anything more from our accommodation experience as it was exactly what we were after. Raro Star! If you are looking for a change from the resort routine...try a little paradise!The supermarkets across the road, the rental car is 2 minutes the opposite way and the Internets next door (take the bug spray) The Beach has the best bars...Walk down to Shipwreck Bar or stop at another on the way...and the best Sunsets ....all this off the front lawn. You won't be disappointed if you just want to lounge on the beach and swim the lagoon
