Mooie en rustige park in een prachtige omgeving. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis om het Limburgse Heuvelland en de Belgische Voerstreek te verkennen. Wij zaten in een 4 persoons huisje en deze was compleet ingericht en schoon. 20 min van maastricht af en 10 min van het mooie Valkenburg.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung/ Haus war ausreichend groß für 8 Personen.

Die Heizung wurde nicht warm und das im Dezember.🥶 Die Sauna war super klein und kurz nach dem Einschalten flog €ein Sicherung raus. Dann musste man den Vermieter anrufen,da der Sicherungskasten nur durch ihn erreichbar war.

Locatie en qua ruimte in de bungalow

Gedateerd, onhygiënisch: gewoon ‘ouwe zooi’. Slechte bedden, onfrisse douche, uitgeleefde keuken, meubilair redelijk. Bungalow schreeuwt om een renovatie. Begrijp ook niet dat booking.com het omschrijft als ‘ luxe ‘ bungalow, een blinde kan zien dat dit al 25 jaar niet geval is. Kortom, verkeerde verwachting is gewekt, bijna misleiding. Booking heeft hier een wanprestatie geleverd! Het andere stel wilde geen ‘ problemen’, maar als ik alleen was geweest, was ik vertrokken. En dan ook nog €650,- vragen, belachelijk. Regelrechte aanfluiting en booking.com onwaardig, ga er zelf eens kijken ipv af te gaan van recensies. Neem eens het initiatief!

Key stuffs were missing in the apartment. For example, 1. Bathroom does not have any towel or even hand cleaning soap. 2. Bathroom is very difficult to keep clean as no curtain in the shower area and no bathmat (or any mat in the whole apartment except for the one in the front door). 3. Kitchen misses scissors or peelers, which makes cooking difficult. Also knives were difficult to use as they lacked sharpening. But it had enough cutlery for us. 4. only 2 dishwasher tablet for 3 night stay. 5. Only received one Bin bag for PMD but nothing for the rest. 6. Booking.com advertisement said streaming services like Netflix but nothing worked.

Felt like cheatefd as we booked one house with Sauna facility but got a different house without Sauna. It was around 300 - 400 Eur more for Sauna which we did not got. Besides noone responded to any of our concern. This was absolutely not proffessional. Booking.com need to do a serious check on what they post and what customers get.
