Convenience for what we needed. Few other options
Unsafe door locks in the room, water in tub wouldn't shut off. Horrible experience with the owners. They did fix lock but extremely hostile & rude about it. They only want your money. Very overpriced for what you get.

The hotel was very close to everything. It was clean and quiet. Exceeded my expectations for the price point.
Personally everything was acceptable. Other guest may have issues with the time it took for the water to get warm.

I've stayed at the knotty Pine previously. It is clean, comfy, and has one of the biggest in room refrigerators I've ever seen.
They aren't used to snow in coastal regions, so the plowing of snow, or lack thereof was probably my only gripe.

The room smelled of heavy strawberry smell of some cheap popery spray, could barely take it. Rooms need to be updated. Way expensive for off season.

Large room, good location, friendly staff
It was pretty expensive and for that price the room could be newer. We also didn’t manage to get connected to WiFi and it was pretty slippery after rain.

The night staff was kind and professional.
The beds were uncomfortable for me but my daughter thought they were ok. Also odd was we has a king and a twin bed in our double bed room.

The management is very good, but it is a very old motel. The price is what we would expect for the high season at the location, but I'll do more research and book earlier as there are a lot of motels nearby that do not show up on the web.
TV was tiny, room air conditioner right by bed was really loud but at least damped out the crazy neighbors. Seems like some people "live" in the motel which was a bit odd.

The room was dark and dingy. The window had a piece of wood in it for a lock. The cable was terrible. You could hear people walking around in the place above us all night. I did not feel safe at all!

A little pricey for the accommodations, basic room, older building, pretty private and very close to Salisbury Beach.
The price, even for off beach season, was a tad high for the very basic room.

The location was excellent I was working at a local Hospital. Salisbury Beach is about 3 minutes from the Motel. The owner was very friendly, I have already booked return trips for when I am back up there on the job.
The wireless was a little slow at times, but I am comparing it to my home office, it was still great for public wi-fi. Everything else was excellent.
