The apartment is fine.

The checking in process is disgusting. The phone calls I received boarded on harassment, I was told different methods of checking in. The office was closed when I was informed it would be open. I received a call at approx 6am from an overseas call centre enquiring about check in confirmation. Wtf

The location was perfect

Only had 1 roll of toilet paper. had to go buy some. would have expected spares for the price

Great Location, very spacious

Great Location. Nice Rooftop Patio with Spa & View. Lots of Native Birds Flying Around.

Minimal basic essentials like soap & shampoo. Wifi & TV reception wasn’t very good. No power points on patio. New outdoor furniture had not been unpacked. Moved outdoor lounge in under shelter and was quite a mess left under.

Rooftop was lovely

Duvets did not have covers on, pillow smelt like smoke from a campfire. No soap in any bathrooms. Downstairs balcony was very dirty

Property was still dirty from previous guests. There was old food in the freezer, sand in the Spa, the upstairs patio was very dusty, there was dirt and gunk caught up the a garbage bin lid in the kitchen.

Spa was amazing and everything we needed to cook our meals was there

Balcony/deck was pretty dirty, Gas bottle Empty so couldn’t have bbq, charged $100 more than our quoted price on booking.com and the email/question sections of booking.com were not returned.
